I went to this vetrinarian in an unfortunate situation and had to put my 14 year old shitzu to sleep. They were so caring and compassionate with us. They made the experience as good as it could be with blankets for the dog to lay on, tissues for our tears and lots of hugs for our broken hearts. After wards they sent a very nice card. Dr.Romero is so great at explaining every aspect of your visit. I returned 2 weeks later with my other shitzu for a well care check up and a problem with the dogs front leg which turned out to be just a lipoma. They once again did a top notch job at the explanation and I love how the Dr. Will not do anything unnecessary, he stays on the conservative but safe side. This is an awesome place, very clean, pricing is great I was amazed, Dr and staff are excellent! !! Try them out, great place.

Palm Aire Animal Clinic is top notch. Dr. Romero is very compassionate and gently and knowledgeably explains everything to you and gives you choices. We have been using him for over 10 years now. When we began losing our little Tia, Dr. Romero and his staff would call to see how she was doing which meant so much to me. After she passed, they sent a very nice card and followed up with a phone call. They made me feel like she was part of their family too and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Palm Aire Medical Center and especially Dr. Romero.

Dr Romero is a very caring veterinarian. I personally have been using him for 10 years or more . He has looked after all my pets, 7 cats and 1 small breed dog. He has an open and broad mind in what he feels is best for each pet and usually has more than one option. I will continue to use him for the rest of all of my animals lives, its highly important to have trust in the Dr you choose and I do trust him to the limit. Im Susan Seaboyer now not Susan Henry.

Such an amazing practice! We took our 2 elderly cats to Dr. Romero after moving to the area. They are very welcoming and compassionate and helped us with keeping our babies comfortable in their final weeks and months (we lost both within 3 months of each other). Their fees are very reasonable and the entire staff is absolutely amazing. We just adopted 3 year old brothers, and have their first appointment set up and cant wait for everyone to meet them.

Clean place, very friendly staff and the doc who took care of my cat Johnny was both professional and knowledgable. In addition, they were efficient and treated Johnny with affection.
