I had an eye appt and the eye dr recommended me to get new glasses since he said my prescription had changed. I purchased new glasses with the new prescription. After about 2 days of wearing the new glasses with the new prescription, I noticed that my new prescription were causing me to have headaches, objects appeared closer than they are, and having wearing glasses ever since I was younger, I knew that something was wrong with the new prescription. I made an appt to go back to Maximeyes and see the dr. My 2nd visit in less than a week, the dr re-examined me and told me that he had made a mistake while using the phoropter and that I could see better with my old prescription than with my new prescription that he gave me based off of what I was telling him when he asked me questions about how far down I could see the letters with and without using the phoropter. Im disappointed because the eye dr made a MAJOR mistake in regards to my vision and my prescription and the front desk people that sell the glasses didnt step up to help me after it was their own eye doctors fault in the first place. I will not be returning back to Maximeyes Optical !!

I enjoyed a memorable experience on February 2, 2012 at Maxim Eyes. As this was my initial visit, one of the first things noticed when entering the office was how clean and well decorated the space is for walking and viewing glasses and sunglasses. The front desk staff was responsive with smiles and Dr. Gres is one-of-a-kind. You want the truth, hes going to give it to you while ensuring your well taken care of. Many Thanks to a great team and a positive customer service experience. In a day when we all have choices, choosing Maxim Eyes was well worth it.

I will definitely keep coming to Maxim Eyes! I originally went Lens Crafters and had so many problems with my contacts and glasses and they didnt want to fix it. I called Maxim Eyes and they took me in and to find out I had the incorrect prescription! Dr. Gres listened to me about my concerns and gave the correct prescription! He very understanding and takes his time with you. I will be back!! Thank you so much for awesome service!!

Our whole family goes to Maxim Eyes for our eye care needs. We love Dulcie! She has always taken such good care of us. We have two children and she is terrific about helping them pick out just what they need. We even take our lovable but very cantankerous grandmother there and they have managed to win her over, which is NOT an easy feat. We look forward to many more years of exceptional service. Highly recommend a visit!

I keep going back to Dulcie at Maxim eyes, because she really does make me look good in glasses. I trust her feed back and opinion on style, shape, and manufacture of the glasses that I purchase. There is another big reason I trust Dulcie, she is very aware of economy and works really hard at keeping me in my budget. I can get "cheeper" glasses else where, but the fact is, Dulcie has earned my trust and I thats not easy!

Maxim Eyes Optical has always been there for me when I have needed last minute contacts! Dulcie always makes you feel like family and she will do whatever she can to help you. My daughter Kaitlyn loves her glasses that she got from Maxim Eyes and trust me, this kid is picky about what she likes. Dulcie knows her business and we love our glasses and contacts!

My wait time was over an hour past my appointment time. Then after that visit it took them a month to have my glasses ready. They kept losing them and then saying someone had already picked them up.The doctor was knowledgeable and location and time are convenient but overall I would prefer next time going to another eye doctor.

DR is awesome. Optician rocks. staff is genuine, funny, compassionate, and dedicated to their customers. Also Deaf and Hard of Hearing friendly! Super office staff and wonderful selection of glasses! Totally recommend Maxim to anyone that is looking for great service and professional eye exam/glasses and/or contacts:)
