Staff are very friendly however the concept of setting an appointment and then being seen 45 minutes after still eludes me. This business could benefit from realistic expectations and perhaps to attempt not to double stack appointments to prevent from becoming significantally behind. Otherwise, staff and dr seem nice. Update: 3/8/17 must be a gluten for punishment as i decided to take my daughter here. Were currently at 1 hour 20 minutes and STILL waiting. Poor expectations once again. Like states before. Friendly staff. Not their fault the dr falls grossly behind. Wish there was a better explanation to the delay. I feel like its more about getting the people in the door and overbooking for the wrong reasons.

This place is absolutely amazing. I was having an issue with my eye, I thought I scratched it. It was about 5 or so in the evening I had called so many places trying to get in and this was one of the last places I called. The receptionist was so helpful on the phone. I explained everything that was happening and asked if there was any way the doctor can see me. She did let me know they were closing but she would see if the doctor could stay. She let me know after speaking with the doctor that she in fact would stay late for me. This was my first time there I was not a regular of this office. That is outstanding customer service!!! Thank you!!

They got it right the first time!!! I moved here from Charlotte NC where I had been seeing the same optometrist for years. The first optometrist I went to here completely screwed up my contact lenses prescription and after 3 weeks of not being able to see if went back and asked for my original prescription back. A year later, my eye examination time, and Im debating if I should travel back to NC just to get my eyes checked.....not... I found fishawk family eye care and was very pleased when I walked out and could see!!! Thank you Dr. Lilly, Cindy and staff!!

This is a terrible uncaring unhelpful medical establishment. I was visiting in the area, had a foreign object in my eye and they were ridiculous in the amount of paperwork they made me fill out before they even told me the outrageous amount they were going to charge me just to look in my eye and remove this. 10 minutes at most. I later went to a wonderful doctor at Southern Eyecare Associates. Dont waste your money or your time at Fishhawk. I cant imagine their medical care can be that good if they care so little for their patients.

Dr. Mary Lilly and her staff are absolutely phenomenal! I have recently relocated from Orlando, FL from an Eye Doctor I absolutely loved and feared going to a new clinic. Dr. Mary Lilly met and far exceeded my expectations in how professional and personal they made my experience. I am very critical in evaluating customer service and they truly went above an beyond in every step of the process. I am excited to have an Eye Care Specialist extremely close to my local neighborhood in Fish Hawk with such high level of customer service.

The initial appointment went as well as I feel it could have. 20 min wait. Courteous staff. However when attempting to follow up and get my prescription filled...its going on 4 weeks without a return call to a voicemail. Ive called at least 10 times, no answer. Very unusual summer hours. I have also have my fiancé call several times while I am at work, same, no answer and no return call. Next step is a 30 minute Out of my way trip to the office to see if they are still in business...I would go elsewhere if you can.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Go to Southern Eye Care down the road! I was the second appointment of the day. I arrived to an office with 0 patients and waited for 40 minutes. An apologetic staff told me the doctor would be right in. She was in her office and it would only be 5 more minites. Another 20 minutes go by and the Dr. has yet to walk in. Needless to say I asked for my paperwork and told them hiw unprofessional she was. The office was empty yet I waited an hour for a Dr. that never showed her face!

Great doctor, great experience. Fast, professional and friendly. Went in for a check up with my new insurance. The check up went fine without a hitch. After they dilated my eyes, I got to go pick a new pair of glasses. After I found one and asked tons of questions to the friendly woman that was helping me out, I went and finished my exam. Paid the co-pay + frames/lenses cost and walked out happy. I cant complain. This is a really good place!

This is a very minor thing I suppose, but while waiting, there is no WiFi for you to use. If you have a smartphone and get a signal, all is well, but with T-Mobile the signal is gone when you get in the door... Would be awesome if they would get with the times and provide waiting room WiFi. Other than that, my wife really liked the place and the care she received.

The wait is excessive and usually averages 1-hour of waiting. Front office staff is less than professional and seems disorganized. I am no longer allowed to schedule 3 appointments back to back for my kids. No reason why, just told I could no longer do that. Im switching to Southern Eye Care. Doctor is really professional and friendly.

Ive gone for two years and take my 3 small kids. The experience is quick and pleasant. All the insurance stuff Is already taken of and the selection is good. Dr Lily takes her time, lets you know what to expect, and does boring procedure well.
