If it were possible, I would give this place zero stars. Although theyre very welcoming and friendly, the glasses I got were absolutely wrong. Theyre over a year old now, and Ive had nothing but problems with them and the store. When I first went to pick them up, it was a total struggle. They close for no reason and post it outside their door, not on their website. So I drove all the way over there just to have to drive back home. Waste of time. Then when I actually got my glasses, they put the wrong lenses in and I had to go back the same day I got them for them to replace them. Flash forward 9 months, I notice my lenses were getting scratched and the coating thats on the lenses is peeling off, and I am the most careful person with my glasses. I dont sleep with them on, they go back in the case at night, I dont use anything abrasive to clean them, etc. I took the glasses in and asked if they were the anti-scratch, which is what I was supposed to have, but of course, they werent what I had paid for. They ordered me knew lenses, then when they arrived, they told me I had to leave my glasses with them for at least 24 hours for them to replace the lenses because they had to cut them for my frames. These are my only glasses and I am a full time college student that works around 35 hours a week. I dont have time to sit around all day without my vision waiting for them to fix a mistake that shouldnt have happened in the first place. I told them I couldnt do that and all they could say was that I could come in while the doctor was there and he could "attend to my glasses between other appointments". I completely understand that Im not the only customer, but Ive had problems with them from the second I walked in the door. You would think they would try to work with you a little more. Ill never go back again.

Terrible eye doctor. They have lost my prescription several times and refuse to take your word for it when you try to tell them what your prescription is (They prefer to do another exam as a ploy to be able to charge you again). Their hours are also absolutely ridiculous, and even during their very little operating hours they treat everybody like scum. Dont even try asking to have your prescription either, they flat out REFUSE to give it to you.

This place is awesome, very friendly and they even have someone that will take the time to help you find the glasses that look best on you! And I know how important that was for me...great selection of glasses and designer frames to choose from...thanks so much for an excellent experience.

Ive been coming here for 5 years and both doctors are great! Very thorough with their exams and they take their time with you!
