Staff is really unprofessional, had my specialist appointment I need it referral from Dr office never send referral to my specialist . Im breast cancer patients they have no value of patients at this office. Dr is very good he really need to change his office staffs. They have said to me you are not the only person we have. Really?? You guys dont even have any ideas what Im going thru ,your job is supposed to help not making there life more difficult. Im changing my primary Dr . I will never recommend anyone to this Dr just because very unprofessional staff.

Not to review the doctor in particular but staff answering calls in the front desk and insurance. Called to ask for simple questions in searching for a PCP for my mom who prefers a doctor that speaks spanish. They sounded rushed and were not friendly but sounded bothered. I dont want to pick an office that has poor customer service from the start.

Horrible personnel. Very rude and terrible attitudes. They will nickel and dime you for everything. The office went from having a nurse everyday to a nurse once a week. Wait times are over an hour. Made me pay for my medical records which is normally free. STAY AWAY WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

HORRIBLE STAFF! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr. Ortega is amazing however his nurses and receptionists are awful. I called to ask his nurse a question -she did not want to give me her name, and she hung up on me after I kindly asking her to ask the doctor a question for me.
