I have been seeing Dr, Cruz on and off for over 8 years, to include traveling from Ormond Beach to see him, I feel his care is that good. I now travel from Apopka to see him, I have always received courteous, thorough and complete care. Its not just the 5 minute cursory check, he does an exam every time he see you, and looks you in the eye when speaking with you, which is unlike most doctors today. He makes you feel s if he really cares about you. His office staff is a joy to deal with, and how often can one say that? If I had one complaint, it would be the answering machine that sends you all over the place to get a real person, other than that, I just love him, and will continue to be his patient for as long as he will have me.

Dr.cruz,iam keeping it 100%, lol, its been over 11 yrs ,that you have dealt with me I know I have not been an easy patient and I want you to know how much I appreciate you and the great staff for putting up with me.. You have always been there in every way shape and form,and not many ppl can say that about their doctors..Thank you for being there in my most fallen and difficult times,Iam sorry to say you guys are stuck with me..lol.. girls also great job and thank you as well ... I was really unhappy with the service when i went there they made me wait for a long time for the doc to see me and when he finally did he spend about a minute with me. I went for a immigration medical exam and they didnt do it right immigration rejected the exam had me go to there office and fix it, which i think that i shouldnt have to do since i pay 350 for them to do it right. I am really upset,i dont recommend it to no one.

I have never takin my husband to a rider Dr. He gets to decide what drs he rights a referral for. N doesnt even know ur history. I refuse to bring my husband to a Dr like him. My husband has seen these drs about his issues for 5 + yrs. Butt this Dr thinks he doesnt need a few of them. N take some of his meds. That keep him alive . Just insane . How can any Dr b such an ass to his sick patants. Dont understand. Wasnt happy

El staff de la oficina es muy amable, pero no lo suficiente como para que no importe el tiempo que pasa uno en la sala de espera. En las 4 citas que he tenido, el tiempo de espera ha sido entre 50 y 70 minutos!

Since I have been seeing Doctor Cruz, I have experienced that he is a great listener and is kind and caring to all his patients , not just me. He has a true gifted ability to hear sounds with the stethoscope with precise accuracy that most doctors would not notice. I feel at ease to trust what he says. I wish every doctor was like Dr. Cruz!

Any person in search for truth in physical or emotional well being will do themselves justice in visiting with Dr. Cruz and his amazing staff.

Dr. Cruz has been my doctor for 7 years and Im very pleased with his care. His staff is absolutely amazing. The wait time is normal. Ive read the previous reviews and they must be talking about a different office, not my doctors office. I recommend my doctor to everyone!!!!

This has been my Doctor for almost 10 years. In the past 2 things have been going downhill quick! The last 2 appointments the Dr. did not show up for almost an hour to the office. No calls or I am late or any excuse. NO MORE!!!
