This DOCTOR SUCKS! My dad has been going here for awhile now and had to be rushed to the hospital one day and come to find out Dr. Zavala had OD my dad with one of his medications and when my dad went to his follow up he basically told my dad that the ER doctor didnt know what he was taking about. Mind you 3 different doctors have all given him the same diagnosis. I WILL DEFINITELY BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR FOR MY DAD because its obvious that this office doesnt care about there patients!!!!

I just called them to get basi information about accepting new patients and insurance acceptance. The receptionist was very short tempered, not friendly at all. You would think that when someone calls a medical office they would be a little more "plesant"???? I was planning on even changing my doctor but after that conversation with the receptionist. NO WAY. At this rate, this doctor will loose patients and not gain new ones. What a shame.

His new staff is very unprofessional. I have been going to Dr. Zavala with my Mother for 15 years and I have seen changes in his staff every so often. After my Mother passed I suggested that My Husband become a patient I will tell you, His present staff is crappola....we have now changed to a different Dr which I feel bad because I have known Dr Zavala for a long time....But I will not tolerate the rudeness from his receptionist.

We have to agree with the other reviews. Staff is rude and uncaring! The doctor has to know. They dont care about their patients. They are there just to collect a paycheck. If you value your time, dont waste it here. This is a frustrating place to be at and they lost another patient. Not bring our mom back here. There are so many other doctor offices and we dont have to put up with their rudeness!

Dr. Zavala is an excellent practitioner! Ive thoroughly enjoyed being a patient of his for years, as Ive watched his practice and knowledge expand. He truly listens, asks questions and offers support. Every time I leave the office I feel confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend him!
