The Doctor in this place is an abhorrent PIG , my mother visited this place as a patient and had issues with her public transport and had no service on her phone....the amount of indecency she was treated with simply for needed to use the phone to make a call was unreal , she was made to wait IN THE SUN outside sitting on the GROUND whilst the doctor inside . My mother was yelled at for using the phone by the secretary there and later yelled at by the DOCTOR.......in front of the people there ....his behavior was so repulsive that a woman and her child immediately left after having waited after seeing how much of an animal this man was . There is no rating low enough to give .

lady who answers the phone, told me to "SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS" when i asked her why she waited until after 5pm to call me to tell me that i had a problem with my insurance and could not be seen tomorrow. Im disgusted by this woman, she is the same one who accused me of being a drug addict because i said that i had back pain. I will never recommend this office and will continue to write bad reviews until something is done. I have already contacted the BBB, and Osceola Regional to let them know what kind of people they are employing.

EXCELLENT doctor!! He is very knowledgeable, competent and efficient. He takes the time to explain everything related to your health care and talks to you very nicely and very respectfully. I highly recommend Dr Elalaloui. He has great expertise in his specialty of internal medicine.
