Dr. Kaplan is an excellent physician by any measure. I appreciate his superb bedside manner and caring. He will do amazing things for you, including skipping lunch or off time, if thats required. Ben Kaplan is extremely dedicated to his craft and to you, personally. He is directly responsible for my much improved lifestyle after experiencing a debilitating stroke a couple of years ago. Over time and with direction, his care was the primary reason, Im pretty happy today. My diabetes and weight is under control and I can walk without assistance for once. This is a major change over my previous doctors direction, though well meaning, Im sure. I promise, youll do no better. Highly recommended!

If you come in prepared and even semi knowledgeable you will get treated differently. Very condescending/snarky tone. Blank look on his face most of the appointment. I am in perfect health mentioned very minor issues and the first thing he suggested/assumed is that I have AIDS. He also assumed I was an AAS user because I have a muscular body. Terrible bedside manner. If you are on top of your health and very informed, stay that way. Staff is great though.

Dr Kaplan himself is great best doctor I have ever had however his Office has grown to three times its size and the last few years yet they have not hired on a single extra receptionist and no longer will allow you to speak directly to your doctor or your doctors physician assistant things that used to take hours to get done now take days customer service has gone severely downhill used to be my favorite doctor now its so hard to get anything done

Absolutely love Dr.Kaplan, my whole family is with him but his new staff is costing me to leave, very unprofessional and rude, not helpful, I miss his old staff always knew you by name and always found a way to help, I would hate to lose Dr.Kaplan but i go to him for help not to be stressed out about my appointment before I even get to see him.
