Worst patient care experience. Their office staff is not helpful. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid 10 years ago and have been under Medication since. In years of my condition I have always went to a specialist endocrinologist. When recommended Dr. Norberto Gonzalez I trusted he will be my family doctor as he promised he will be the Doctor Who cares for my condition. I have been seen in this office for a less than one year and I know that every 6 months I must take blood work to ensure I am ok ‘’EVERY 6 MONTHS’’ I have taken one blood test (6 MONTHS AGO)and was due for another one soon. They office denied to refill my thyroid prescription for at least one weeks while I get my blood work done. The post "Tony Peral" is from my husband and all is true. As a patient I am very sad and was very upset to how I was treated. I don’t think the office understands the life threating of this situation and what it can do to me if I stop this medication. Because they refused to refill, I mentioned I will get an endocrinologist and they close me out as a patient. YOU ARE A FAMILY DOCTOR OFFICE I AM ALLOW TO GET TREATED FROM A SPECIALIST. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else and if you are a new patient I highly do not recommend this place as a family doctor.

Staff is great! HOWEVER, The Dr. will not see you for anything else unless your blood results are up to date. If they are not, there "policy" is that you have to make an appointment to get the Blood work paper work , (dont loose the paper work, they will charge you $5 to get new ones)then make a separate appointment for the results, no matter if they are GOOD....... Then you will be seen for other appointments..... Also if you are up to date, and come in for any other symptom, he will still have you take blood just to "make sure" everything is ok.....The same goes for if you are on meds, even on the ones that do not require blood work to make sure liver functions are working ok.

This doctor office is very patient friendly and down to earth. I like the atmosphere of this doctors office. They always greet you with a smile. The doctor is a great doctor that listens and acknowledges your health concerns. Also the office supervisor is a friendly and beautiful lady.

Great office did not wait long at all staff was very professional Stephanie in the front is always kind.Dr Gonzalez is a MD I recommend to all of my close friends and family members.
