This has got to be the number one office for worst patient care that I have ever seen in my life. No matter how bad your situation is they will not care, including the doctor. I have been calling since for 2 weeks trying to get an appointment or medical advice on what I should do. I took it upon myself to call the doctor after hours to explain my condition and how poorly his staff has been. Instead he yelled at me and said it wasnt his problem because he never did the surgery on me. I told him that I would just find another doctor and he continued to speak to me as rudely as his staff did and even accused me of yelling at me when I never raised my voice. I myself work for a private practice and if we were ever to pull this stunt our jobs would be gone, for us patient care always comes first. If this is the care that their front desk has to offer it leaves me wondering what does the doctor has to offer. I really feel bad for those who dont know what to expect when gong to a doctors office. I would never trust this man with my health.

My appointment was at 9:40am yesterday. I called at 9:20am to the office number provided, trying to find the office to make my appointment. After being transferred twice I found that the number wasnt the office for that location but a hub. They tried several times to call the office and no one picked up. The woman on the phone stated she would email the office manager and hopefully they would call me back. Unfortunately it is over 24 hours later and no call back. If I could negative stars I would. Since I waited almost a month to get this appointment, now in addition, wasting a days worth of time from driving and waiting.

Dr. Baiju and his staff are wonderful. They are professionals and they do there best to render quality service and to make sure patients are comfortable. Dr. Baiju takes his time to explain things and to make sure when you leave his office that you are well informed. I too had issues initially but if you dont tell then whats going on they cant Fix it. Give them the chance to Fix the situation because overall, Dr. Baiju is a great Doctor and Ellen is wonderful, so ask to speak to Ellen to get your issues resolved.

With out a doubt this pratice has the worst office staff of any doctors office Ive ever been to. On two back to back appointments the office cancelled my appointments but failed to notify me, it was a considerable drive to be stood up. Ive left three messages (Fri & Mon) to call me so i could share my issues. It seems no body cares - look for another pratice.

Hes a rude creep . One day I called his office because my husband had chest pains . The next appointment at his office he told me off said go to ER . I never went back . My parents were his patients and I switched thier doctors too . They only care about money . Forcing pet scans of heart on my parents constantly because its one of the most expensive .
