I like to think that I am a very reasonable person. I believe in second chances, but I have had it up to my ears when it comes to dealing with the staff in this office. Have you ever heard of an office that makes a 90 year old woman sit for over an hour to be seen by the doctor because they are gathering her paperwork. The office manager is retarded, and the front desk medical receptionist should be slapped for being a rude you know what towards sick patients. Dr. Dapaah is a very nice man, he has a great bed side manner and is an overall understanding doctor. However, I have to wonder if he is aware of the aliens that work in his front office. Im not sure who hired this incompetent bunch of rude, and disrespectful women but he needs to clean house and start with a new crew. I have never seen such unprofessional, ignorant, dysfunctional, dishonest, behavior at any medical office in my entire life. This office is running away patients and someone should report them to the BBB. Please read every single review and do yourself a favor and dont visit this office. Horrible Horrible office staff!!!!

I have to agree with the other reviews and say that the office manager is very rude. She is not sympathetic for patients. I had made an appointment the day before not realizing that if I could not make it that there would be a 25$ charge. I called the morning of saying if I can change it due to the person that was suppose to cover me at work could not. She still did not want to wave the charge even though I was trying to make an appointment on another day. Instead she told me very rude that "its a courtesy if they remind you or not If they are busy they might not remember to remind you but its not their job to do that". I work at a doctors office and I understand about charges but there are some people who abuse the system and some who dont. When you have worked in a place you tend to see who those people are. I am so sorry for Dr. Dapaah because I will be getting a new primary due to this.

Dr. Dapaah is very caring and compassionate. He is honest, thorough, cautious, and very professional who listens patiently and doesnt rush you out of the office like some drs do. My family and I have been patients of his for over 10 yrs with no complaints whatsoever. As for the front desk staff..two are kind and sweet, the other needs to learn how to greet the patients with a smile and a hello when bringing them to the examining room. I have to purposely get her to talk by asking her how she is doing. Too serious. She could use a training class on how to greet clients and make them feel welcome and comfortable. Patients need to feel they are in a positive warm atmosphere at a drs. Office.

Everything was overwhelming slow. All of the nurses are sitting there gossiping with the office staff while my mother had to wait over an hour so see someone when she came on time for an appointment. I dont understand why this place is so disorganized and lazy. Its unfortunate because Dr. Dapaah is great but the untied experience is a nightmare

The rude women working there completely ignored me while I was there even after I tried talking to them and just continued to chit-chat. This Dr seems like hes lost most of the time. I talked to him about my problems and he said "I dont know how I can help you." Please find yourself another PCP. Waste of money and time.

Very disappointed with Office Manager . I was charged a $25 missed visit fee. I explained my ex husband passed away and was out of town. I was not thinking of my appointment at the time. Very disheartening that they are not sympathetic to my situation. oh well will be changing Drs due to this....

Dr Dapaah is an amazing Dr in todays world of HMOs. He takes the time to really listen to you and I feel I am getting the best care. I agree with others the office staff could be better, and sometimes the wait times are over an hour long which is keeping it from a 5 star rating.

Dr. Dapaah is a great doctor, unfortunately his whole staff is horrible, especially the short spanish nurse he has there. She has no manners and very unprofessional, no sense of humor whatsoever. The front staff are horrible too. We are already looking for another doctor.

My wife went for first time to see this doctor but was the worst experience ever. She took the day, because she was with her little daughter (3 years old), they said she has to let her out of doctors room or come back other day.

I had an amazing a experience at the office. Dr. Dapaah answered every question I asked. He actually listened to my concerns and made sure he addressed them all. I would recommend him to anyone. Best PCP I had in a long time.
