I had a very bad experience at the Alpharetta, GA (S Main St) location yesterday with a very unprofessional doctor (Jennifer McCants). My daughter and I arrived for our 2:00 appointment a little late (2:05). The receptionist gave us our paperwork to review and sign at 2:20 and I provided her with the payment for our services. She then called my daughter back and called me to the front desk saying that my card (FSA account card) had been declined. I proceeded to call the FSA account card services to find out what was going on, I remembered that they had sent a new card, however the card I had had not expired, so I thought it was fine. The doctor came up and I explained that I was on hold trying to figure out the payment. I stated that if she was ready for me, we could go ahead and get started and worse case I would pay out of pocket and get reimbursed later. She said I was fine and she would go check on some x-rays while we worked it out. On hold for 15 minutes, FSA explained that I would need to activate and use my new card. I called a neighbor to go to my house and take a picture of the front and back of the card, which she did, and the payment went through ($185.00). At this point it was 2:50. The receptionist went to tell the doctor I was ready and the doctor simply said that I would need to reschedule, however after checking the doctor’s schedule for the rest of the day, the receptionist informed me that she had no other patients and that she would send the doctor to talk to me. Basically the doctor came up and told me that she needed to leave at 4:00 because like me she had children to pick-up. I found this strange and upsetting considering this office is supposed to be open until 5:00. Ironically it was only 3:00 as we had this conversation and she would have finished me in that hour to leave at 4:00, but she chose not to. I told her that I would not be back to that office, requested my x-rays so that we could start at a new practice and asked for a refund of the payment that I tried so hard to get to her. She was okay with that, didn’t offer any solutions other than we would have to reschedule and had absolutely no issues losing two patients. I was very upset that she knew exactly what I was doing for the payment and I even offered for her to start on me while I worked it out, which she didn’t. Not only did she make me jump through hoops to make the payment (which I did) only to not provide any services and have to get a refund, but I had taken time off of work to be there and have work done on both myself and my daughter. I found this to be very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I have contacted the VP of Operations for North Georgia (Wendy Flanagan) to file this complaint, however she has not responded to my voicemail as of yet.

The dental office was in disrepair. The "dentist" seemed clueless. They came back with a laundry list of work that DIDNT need to be done when i got a second opinion. And now icing on the cake is i havent seen them in 2 years and they wont stop calling / emailing and leaving voicemails about making new appointments. Couldnt get any worse. Send your enemies here.

Came to this office recently to bring my mother in for a new patient dental check up, smaller office but the staff was very friendly and the DR was very informative.
