Dr. Frank Lockwood is a reckless and irresponsible physician who I will be filing a complaint against with the Georgia Medical board. Please do not send your loved ones here. My mother has struggled with prescription drug addiction for over ten years. Two physicians have taken her off of controlled substances and moved her to non-addictive pills. My mom sought out Dr. Lockwood on her own who freely gave her controlled substances. When I found out, I went to the appointment with her and spoke with the doctor in private about her struggles. We developed a plan to control the medications she was taking. The one day that I couldnt make her appointment, he said she "graduated" and gave her a month supply of three controlled substances and upped her dosage of one of the prescriptions. People do not graduate from addiction. When I called and asked why he did that, he was confused as to why that would be a dangerous things to do and said that he could not tell me anything because of privacy. I would not recommend this practice to anyone interested in safe healing or diagnosis.

I went to Dr.Lockwood for the first time yesterday and it truly was a wonderful experience all around. From the moment I walked in and met the front desk receptionist, to the nurse, to Dr.Lockwood, to the lab tech. Everyone was a pleasure. I have a 9mo old who accompanied me and the whole office was very accommodating and we were in the "no nap phase". Dr.Lockwood was a true joy. Quick and to the point with a nice easy going approach. This is a small town office in the big city. It was great! Im not a review person, however I do read reviews about new places. This place was such a pleasure I wanted to take the time to share.

The office is small. Dr. Lockwood is the only physician in there. It was quick and easy to get an appointment with him. He is very nice and personable as well as all the office staff. I was not impressed with how quick he was to prescribe medication prior to an x-ray/testing. This was even after I expressed my disinterest in taking any medication before receiving test results.

The doctor is one whom I would like to take everywhere I go. He made my spouse...who has never ever liked going to the doctors office; comfortable and relaxed. He was very straight and gave exactly what other physicians seem to miss out on, he gave definition to proper physician-patient greatness!!! Excited to see him again!!! Thank you Dr. Lockwood!!!

The office staff is very professional and they always remember me and make sure that I always have the right meds before I leave and make sure I dont pay a lot of money for them at the pharmacy
