I have been going to PNFM at Northside for years and it seems the entire practice has been deteriorating. Just as I was considering looking for another PCP Dr. Gokki sealed the deal for me! She is the worst! I had the worst experience while visiting her. Of course, I was already sick, but after a few minutes with Dr. Gokki, I left there in tears. She was rude, inconsiderate, showed no compassion for what I was going through. She said that there was nothing she could do for me other than prescribe more antibiotics and "this is your life, it does not effect me". Dr. Gokki told me that I wasted my time coming to see her, left the room without a "goodbye" or "hope you feel better". Nothing. After her rant she just got up and walked out, leaving me there in shock at how I had just been treated and spoken to. Taking her clue to leave, I walked out into the hallway where she prompted instructed me "that way is the short cut to get out!". I was speechless. Her behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

Horrible experience all the around. I went in for a routine physical with blood work. I was called back 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I never heard back from the doctor regarding my blood work. It took calling me 3 times to get someone to give me my blood work results and even then it was" everything looks fine". While at the appointment, I asked the doctor for a referral to an OBGYN (required by my insurance). When I went to my OB appointment a month later they had never received the referral from Perimeter North Family Medicine. My appointment was over 4 months ago and they still have not filed the claim correctly with my insurance. I have been dealing with this every month and it is still not resolved.I will never go back to this place and do NOT recommend it to anyone.

My visit to Perimeter North, Johnson Ferry, to Dr. Patel has been the WORST experience Ive had from any medical facility. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I have been requesting my medical records for approximately 2 weeks. I was told by Dr. Patels MA that they were faxed yet, over a week later, the records still have not been received. My endocrinologist, gyno and insurance company have even called the office with no response. My insurance is even appealing the claim on my behalf because of the failed service. Seeing Dr. Patel has been a waste of time and money. Shame on you Perimeter North, Johnson Ferry and Dr. Patel. Playing with someones health should be a joke to you!!

Its pretty much a given that the healthcare system in the U.S. (and elsewhere) is a bureaucratic nightmare. This probably explains the number of doctors who are starting their own "premium" practices which provide, for a sizable fee, improved accessibility, among other amenities. I have been going to PNFM for a good ten years, and I have to say that my experience, especially lately, has been positive. The reception/intake staff was friendly and helpful, as were the PAs and the doctor him/herself. Most importantly, they got rid of that horrible tv in the waiting room (that used to play the DVD menu for The Cat in the Hat on repeat).

The doctors are nice, but this is the fourth year in a row I have not received my bloodwork results on time. They always say "5-7 days max" and it has now been 20 days. This happens every single time, Ill call and leave messages and they wont return calls for days or weeks, if at all. Extremely poor customer service and outdated practices at this location compared to other medical practices, at least in my experience (my girlfriend got her lab results emailed directly to her within 2 days of her appointment...while here Im waiting for a phone call and physical mail for three+ weeks).

Doctors are okay. But front office and administration is absolutely the worst. There is NO number for the front desk, just a recording. There is NO way to speak with a doctor, leave a message for the physicians assistants and you might get a call back in a week or two. There is NO way to get bills...I went to the office and they gave me a number that was disconnected.

Dr. Gokki is the worst doctor I have ever known. She is rude and not good with people at all. She doesnt care that youre 26 and have chronic pain--shell tell you its a part of life. It is a tremendous waste of money going to see her. She comes late and then rushes you. Ive been giving her chance after chance for 3 years, but now Im fed up.

I had a physical this morning with Dr. Gokki. She was very personable, and we discussed everything in my file, and all my health concerns. I was very pleased with how nice and personable she was. I have seen her several times, and have always been treated well by both her and her attending nurse.

Dr. Gokki is lovely! Knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable. Not condescending or brusque at all like some doctors seem to be. Love her!
