Every time I go to Morrow Family they have been wonderful in all ways. When I call or go online to set up an appointment I can get one quickly. From the greeting at the front desk, Abby always treats me great. If I call in and have a question for either the doctor or the nurse or billing or whatever, my phone calls are always returned promptly. I have been with Morrow now for approximately a year or so. All of the doctors and PAs are so caring and thorough. Dr. McGowen, though, is my favorite. She is very down to earth and a very caring doctor. She always goes out of her way to make sure she does all that she can for her patients and cares about their care. She makes you feel important. I truly dont think I have ever met a more competent thorough and most of all, caring doctor as her. In general,I cant say enough good things about Morrow Family. My oldest son now goes there and my two youngest sons, ages 14 and 15 now are out of the pediatric years of going to a pediatric doctor and so I will be bringing them to Morrow Family as well. Another thing that they have which I think is great is that they have walk in appointments on certain days and I think its like between 7:30 and 8:30. That really comes in handy if you have to work but yet have to see a doctor quickly and cant afford to wait on an appointment. Their rates are affordable too. I dont have health insurance and so I am cash pay and it is very reasonable. Thank you so much, Dr. McGowen for caring and for your compassion for your patients and for always going that extra mile. And thanks to all at Morrow who always make me feel like I am family. Truly.

Dr Morrow is amazing always there to lend a helping hand. His bedside manor is top notch and he truly cares for people. I was reading in the waiting room one day that they put the care back in healthcare. Thats is so true I have been to other doctors in the past and waited hours in the waiting room only to wait again in the back room And then to only see a doctor for a quick minute. Not the case at Morrow family medicine. Dr. Morrow is very attentive and spend the time to make sure he address the concerns I came in with. I have also seen Morrow family medicine out in the community making a huge difference this tells me they truly care about people. When was the last time you saw a doctor on his day off helping kids in the county? Unheard of now a days but Dr. Morrow is the expectation. Very warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the office. I love the walk in clinic hours they have everyday this is great!!! Thank you ! Not to mention they have won countless number of awards rightfully so! I can see why you are rated the best doctor in Cumming and Milton. Keep up the great work I have found my doctor for life!

Love, Love, Love this practice. I called this office in a pinch because of a terrible migraine I had been suffering with for 3 days. I called my regular internist that I have seen for 7 years, only to be told they couldnt see me as they didnt see patients after 2pm. Upon a recommendation by a friend, I called Morrow Family Medicine on my way home from work, just in the event they had an opening and without hesitation they told me to just come in. My wait time was minimal and the PA I saw spent way more time with me than I was used to. She actually sat and talked to me - I didnt feel like "just another body in the building". My husband and I are officially changing practices ....... I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent "bedside" manner and patient care to give this practice a call.

I do not have problem with doctor in this office. I visited the Morrow because North Forsyth Hospital have very high opinion about Dr. Morrow. I have not meet him but met with other doctor and he very quick learn about my medical history, so far so good with him. The big problem at the Morrow office is some of teenage in the scheduling department and back office. They have a big mouth, big attitude and very small brain. They always argue with you and if they cant argue any more, then said "MAY BE THIS OFFICE IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU". Dr. Morrow should look into this, because those teenage is his expensive and we are his profit. We bring money into his revenue. A good customer service is never say no to customer. TOO BAD, we will not return to this office any more.

My husband and I went in get our physicals done in order to prepare for our adoption paper-work. Everybody in the office was professional and personal, the wait time was at its minimum and the process went smoothly and fast. I also noticed that the office used tablets to register patients and learned that Dr. Morrow is the big fan of technology, and has been support of technology education. Our paper-work was prepared with details and clearly the staffs and the doctor went beyond their duty in providing us the support. We appreciate it very much. Our interaction with the medical and administrative staffs in the office tell us that this practice is a family oriented practice, they have the patients best interest in hearts. God bless them!

I have been to this doctor several time for anything from a check up to family members not being able to turn their head. Every time, the wait whether a walk in or an appointment exceeds half an hour. Then when they put you in a room, expect abother hour wait. The doctor is fine, nothinng special: not super nice or super mean. The women behind the desk are always talking to each other more than to the people that walk in and maybe of they hired more nurses instead of all the women behind the desk, we would be seen in a timely fashion. As I sit here and waste yet another hour of my life, I want to tell people... well, WARN people of this doctor. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Terrible experience!! I went in for strep throat the nurse practitioner called in the wrong medicine my pharmacy called them a couple of times to get me the right antibiotic no answer I called a couple of times left voicemails no response untill the very next day in the afternoon. On top of that they filed with my old insurance and I kept getting bills from them I had to call twice to tell them that I did update the new information on my insurance but they were too lazy looks like it to update it. Over all terrible experience and this last lady was rude on the phone as well because I called and asked them to fix this insurance problem!! I would never go there again!!!

My hubs was seen as a new patient and had several items on our list we needed addressed. Everyone from the initial phone call scheduling the apt to the check out process was a great experience. You can truly tell everyone that works there is happy and enjoys their position. Dr. Morrow not only addressed the laundry list of "complaints" but he took the time to joke with us and explain things. He has a wonderful bedside manor and Im really glad we found a great PCP here.
