The only redeeming aspect of this practice is the nurses. They are extremely kind and patient. Otherwise, this is a practice filled with incompetent staff with no emotional intelligence. After the tech couldnt find the heartbeat during our ultrasound at 8 weeks, it took over an hour for the nurse midwife (because the doctor was too busy) to tell me my options moving forward. There was no explanation or discussion that Id miscarried and lost the baby, no acknowledgement of our loss. Just that we likely dont need a D&C but needed blood work just in case. That day they took my blood work to determine my blood type in case of an emergency in the weeks following while the miscarriage finished. After a weekend visit to the ER due to complications 3 weeks later and finding out I would need to have a D&C, I went back to this office to be told I would have to have blood work done again to determine my blood type. Even though I had been billed for the previous work, they had no record of the work or results. A week later, after finally having a D&C procedure scheduled, the hospital again had to do blood work as this practice neglected to forward the results to them. Not only was I physically and emotionally suffering after the loss of our baby, I had to deal with an incompetent office. I cannot express how much pain and stress this experience added on top of the pain and stress of a miscarriage.

The staff and doctors are great. Unfortunately they have an endemic problem with timeliness. All three appointments have had wait times of 40 minutes or more. This last time I arrived 10 minutes early and was put in a waiting room for 40 minutes without a peep and then another 20 minutes in the patient room waiting to see a doctor. If you have a few hours to kill, go ahead.

I saw Dr. Kirsten Franklin and had an excellent experience. Dr. Franklin was very professional and patient. Most OBs Ive seen seem to rush you but Dr. Franklin answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and informed about what was going on.

I saw Dr. Loehle, who happens to be the most efficient and knowledgeable gynecologist Ive ever seen! She is extremely personable Id recommend her to anyone in search of a gynecologist !
