When we moved to our new house in Georgia a few months ago, I asked my doctor back in North Carolina if she knew anyone personally or if there was a good place we could go to for continued prenatal care. She recommended and referred us to Marietta OBGYN. I was on my first trimester then and obviously my topmost priority was to have a healthy pregnancy. I didn’t want to take any chances given we’ve been trying to conceive for so long and I’m already in my 30s. Prenatal care is very important to me and I was relieved that it wasn’t at all difficult to get an appointment at Marietta OBGYN. We’ve been seeing Dr. Rosenberg since and now I’m currently on my 7th month of pregnancy and feeling great. I’m glad we found someone really good at what he does and I’m feeling excited and confident to give birth under the care of Dr. Rosenberg. A few weeks earlier I was having a bit of pelvic pain but with all the ultrasound exams, screen tests (Multiple Marker Screening, Chorionic Villus Sampling and amniocentesis), and regular check-ups, I’m positive I’m in good hands and we can’t wait to meet our little one soon. I have had PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) for as long as I can remember and I wasn’t entirely sure I could ever get pregnant. I had taken a home pregnancy test twice which showed positive, but I wanted to be 100% sure. My husband and I decided to get an appointment at Marietta OBGYN. After some blood work and lab tests done, pregnancy was confirmed and we are simply overjoyed! I’m getting prenatal care at Marietta OBGYN, under Dr. Michelle Dodder, who is a really good doctor. She was able to answer all my questions about pregnancy and I’m learning a lot from her including how to manage hypertension during this very delicate time in my life. I believe that prenatal care is very important and I recommend all women must seriously consider getting prenatal care for their own health and most especially for the baby. With vitamins, proper nutrition, and a bit of exercise, a healthy pregnancy really is all that matters.

A friend referred me to Dr.Cherry because she LOVED the doctor & this place. For the most part theyre all great, Theres a very upbeat, VERY caring & wonderful nurse there & shes my favorite part of the visit when I get her! Shes blonde, and a bit older than the other nurses (unfortunately I cant remember her name) there are typically two different girls at the check-in desk. One has really short curly, dirty blonde hair and rolls her eyes / says something condescending and rude just about anytime you speak to her, almost to the point where I want to ask her if there is a reason she is in Such a foul mood or treats people that way, and the other is blonde as well, pretty and very sweet/helpful. Dr.Cherry is an EXTREMELY sweet, quiet talking, calm doctor. I have no complaints at all, however she isnt the doctor for you if you are looking for the older, jokester, "heard and seen it all before" style Doctor you can laugh with or chat with. Shes a wonderful doctor for your first baby (which its mine, however I feel a little more comfortable with the older style Doctor) and I would recommend her to anyone. I just havent quite gotten comfortable with her yet. She does help when it comes to my fear of blood or any procedures that make me nervous, she reassures me and is so very kind about it all. I really do think shes great!

So, I went for the first time last week. The lady in the front office was awful. She kept rolling her eyes at me. I realize some of my questions might have been silly but I deserve professionalism as not much as the next person. Once I got to the back for my annual, the nurse was awesome and the doctor that did my annual was great. They just need to get rid of the receptionist up front. First impressions are very important. Im in the medical field and I know how important they can be. Im supposed to go back for another visit and I dont know if I can bring myself to walk back in that office. I will be looking for a different location or another provider. It is all because the rude, unprofessional woman that was mean and hurtful. I didnt come in there to walk out feeling worse than when I came in. If you have an appointment there, look for the small sign on the side of the building at the Childrens Urgent Care. Blink and youll miss it. .Beware of the rude front desk receptionist. Just my honest opinion.

Im updating my review from 2 to 4 stars. Ive warmed up to the office staff, especially the nurse whose name I want to say is Peggy. Also the woman with curly blonde hair who makes the appointments. The office itself is nice. I think Im in good hands with the doctor handling my prenatal care, Dr. Rosenberg. Hes a great doctor if you already have kids and dont want everything to be a big deal. He lets me call the shots for the most part. I would give them five stars if the wait werent so long, sometimes up to an hour. They seem a little overbooked at times. There are worse problems to have though, so Id definitely recommend them if that isnt a priority.

Love this office and the staff here. The doctors are caring and listen to your needs and concerns. The waiting room is very small and the building may throw you off, but this office is wonderful. The nurses always call me back soon after I call them. Everyone in this office is very accommodating and I plan on being here a long time. Highly recommend.

Ive been going here for all my pregnancy appointments. Thus far, I have had a great experience and all the staff members Ive encountered have always been polite and professional. The waiting room is a bit small and seems to always be busy in the morning hours but being that they are busy must be a good sign!

They do not accept patients if they dont agree to accept blood transfusions, but they wont inform you of this until youre in the office about to see the doctor at the initial visit. I agree that a practice is entitled to accept or reject whomever they wish...but they should put this in the initial paperwork.

As much as we all hate going to the gyn, I have to say that this office was incredibly nice/helpful/respectful from the first phone call to the front desk to the actual examination/exit. I would definitely recommend them!

Very careless and difficult to get ahold of. I got extremely stressed out regarding my health on account of this place. I went here for years but Im much happier now that I switched. However some doctors were nice.
