5 STARS... I loved her. & would give her 5 stars but the thingie doesnt seem to be working.. She took the time to answer any questions that I had, but if I didnt speak up and ask then she was very much on the ball in and out of the room very quickly. I did get stuck in the waiting room a couple times while she was in delievery but thats to be expected. People were stuck in the waiting room while I was getting care at L&D. My baby was a C-section and I hardly have the scar to prove it. The OR team was great and she talked to me through the whole procedure. The Nurse in back is a sweetheart, she interrupted her lunch to take my blood pressure because I came in early for an appointment and wasnt feeling well at all. I called the office on different occasions with questions and if I didnt get immediate answers someone always called me back with information within a reasonable time. The receptionist up front yeah could use a class on dealing with the public, but hey shes not the one delievering the baby or making sure you are well. She never seemed to want to schedule me on my available days but then I asked the DR before I got out of the exam room about changing days of the week or waiting an extra week as it was necessary and viloa I got the days/appts that I wanted. The ultrasound tech was also very sweet and sincere...

I will make this short. Doc johnson is okay, no bedside mannor, not very friendly, is in and out just gets the job done. The only thing I liked about her is she is good in delivery. So if thats all you care about,and not if your experience is welcoming and nice than she is for you. Other than that the receptionist at front are horrible, mean, rude, people that talk to you like your dumb. Dont even say have a nice day or bye. Everyone I have talked to has said that and I mean everyone that has been there that I know, and its over thirty ppl. The only person I liked was the nurse in the back that weighs you, sweetest lady ever, very nice. And I know for a fact those ladies are mean to her an talk down to her and when I over heard her say something to doc she said suck it up you are here to work. Anyways you will see what I mean when you go if you dont like it I recommend you go elsewhere. That is if you dont want to feel like ur an inch big everytime u leave there

I gave her one star only because I have to. Called to make an appt and had a question whereas they referred me to the Breast Center. The breast center needed a referral but she wouldnt give one for some reason??? So when I got upset after being on hold for 30 mins she said she wasnt going to see me anymore. Never liked her very much to begin with but this tops the cake lol.. Drs these days care about nothing but the money.

A lot of people have a problem with her cause she tells you how it is she doesnt suger coat it BUT she helps more then you think she helped me like no other doctor could have done more than once while pregnant she even saved my life by finding my cervical cancer before it hit stage one no matter what anyone says as long as I live in crossville I will have her deliver all future children and be my OB

I dont know what any of you people are talking about. EVERYONE in this office is the most friendly people I have ever met. Including the lady that works the front desk. They are welcoming and sweet as can be. Dont let any of these people fool you. And lets not forget everyone has a bad day. You cant be rude and expect to be treated like gold.

I went to Dr. Johnson for the first time about a month ago, and she took care of me. She listened, she was very understanding. All of the staff was wonderful. I would say if you have a bad experience here that its probably your own fault. Cant walk in with attitude and expect to be treated like gold.
