I would high recommend using another obgyn although I have always had great service from here until here recently. My last two appointment I was extremely dissatisfied. My first bad visit I barely even got any time to speak with Dr. Grilliot. She rushed through my entire exam and wrote me a proscription for something we never even talked about or that she had even mentioned. She also made me feel very uncomfortable discussing my weight. I had recently gained several pounds and I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me about needing to loose weight. My second and by far the worst visit not to mention the LAST time I will ever go back I drove an hour and a half to come to my appointment hoping last time was a fluke. When I arrived I was greeted very friendly and the receptionist was able to verify my insurance since I didnt have my card with me. The other receptionist had to call to find out if I had maternity coverage. After I had filled out all my paperwork and they graciously decided to see me when I was a few minutes late for my appointment one of the receptionist said my insurance wouldnt cover maternity and after that both of their attitudes completely changed. Neither wanted to help me very much after that because this clinic is not about helping or caring for people its about money. After I was informed about my "lacking" coverage I was told if I paid out of pocket this visit it would have to be out of pocket every visit from then on. Also they wouldnt tell how much the first visit would be the only answer I recieved was " it would be very expensive." It felt like the scene out of pretty woman where the sales women refused to help Julia Roberts. I left my wasted trip at the office to go find out what was going on with my insurance. I have no clue what the receptionist was asking the insurance company but the entire time I did have maternity coverage. I went back up there an hour later after sorting things out with my insurance and to also dispute a no show bill I had recieved when I had proof I had cancelled the appointment days prior. Luckily they were able to remove the no show bill but told me that I still wouldnt get seen today because of their error. The receptionist that called about my coverage in the first place wanted to call again to verify which I completely understand. She also wanted to get an attitude about me not bringing my insurance card when I was just in there less than 2 months ago and it and already been verified it was still active earlier that day. Both receptionist wanted to argue that it was not their fault when yes partly it was. I drove WAY out of my way to try and bring them business and they were extremely rude so its understandable that I got very upset and aggravated.

ALL of the doctors here are amazing. Dr. Grilliot delivered my son in 2011 and Dr. Goss delivered my daughter on Christmas day in 2015. Prior to meeting both of these doctors I had seen Dr. Zeller and Dr. Martin for my regular GYN visits and occasionally through out each pregnancy. I had to see a specialist with both pregnancies and each time they made sure that they were on the same page with specialist and always did what was best for me and my babies. The late night after hour calls during my pregnancy were ALWAYS answered and if I needed to go to the hospital at that moment, they met me there. If not, they always made sure I could be seen the next day. I honestly feel like they care for me as an individual. The receptionist and nursing staff are fantastic. All of them work very well together and make you feel as comfortable as possible. NEVER will I go any where else.

I consistently wait for hours during my appointments. The last time I was there I laid naked on the table for 30 minutes waiting to be seen after already waiting 45 in the waiting room to be called back and another 30 after getting my vitals done. I refuse to see Dr. Grilliot because of how she treated me when I asked a question about sexual health. She was judgmental and made me feel ashamed. Dr. Zeller is great and was very helpful and considerate after I was raped. I cant imagine having gone to Dr. Grilliot after that. They dont warn you about the charges for procedures they "recommend" and can be very expensive. All in all its no longer worth driving 2.5 hours.

I only used this office twice and I will NEVER go back. The receptionists were always friendly, but Dr. Grilliot is rude. She put me on a birth control that I was not supposed to be on (due to having severe migraines) and when I confronted her about it, she looked through my paperwork and said "oops". She also diagnosed me with PCOS like it was no big deal and when I asked her about the medication she was giving me to jump start my period, she laughed and her response was "good luck with that". No empathy whatsoever. I will gladly drive a far distance for a GOOD gynecologist vs going back there ever again.

I dont usually write reviews but really wanted people to know what a wonderful doctor I have and about the excellent care I was given at West Georgia OB/GYN. I recently had to have surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. All of the staff at West Georgia OB/GYN were so supportive throughout the diagnosis and the devastation that we were going through. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zeller, she has been the most understanding and supportive doctor I have ever had. If you are looking for a good OB/GYN this is the place to go!

Receptionists are very argumentative and will not tell u about "extra charges" incurred from delivery. If u have Medicaid u will be fine but hard working individuals who pay for their health insurance get charged beforehand for delivery and then they come back and say well that was just an estimate. Crappy.
