Dr. Giles performed a laparoscopy surgery on me. The purpose of the surgery was to 1) remove an endometriosis cyst on my left side & 2) to check & see if my tubes were open. A week after the surgery when I went to her office due to infection, she informed me that she was not able to check the tubes at the time of surgery because my body was swollen!!! She said she will schedule an X-ray so that we can check the tubes. I had to go back to her again after 2 weeks since I still had infection. This time when I asked her about the X-ray, she said I can order it if you really want to, but its not necessary. She said she wants to put me on Lupron for 3 months. She also said that I should go and see a fertility doctor. I have never tried to conceive naturally & at that point she failed to perform the test on my tubes so I had no idea why she wanted me to see a fertility specialist. Once again I had to go to her office because of the problems I had after the surgery. At this visit, she didnt mention anything about X-ry or Lupron. However, she thought I had cyst on my right ovary now. She said, I think you have yeast infection. After the yeast infection test, she said no you dont have yeast infection. It might be STD. So the STD test was done. They were supposed to give me a call when the results were in. Three days passed by, and I was in complete discomfort both physically and mentally. I called her office, they said the results were in, but Dr. Giles had to see it first. The next day I went to the patient portal and checked the results myself, and it wasn’t STD; SHOCKER! At this point I trusted Google more than Dr. Giles, so I did a little research, took some over the counter medicine, and started feeling better. TEN DAYS LATER, I received a phone call from her office. They informed me that it wasn’t STD, and it was yeast infection. I decided not to ever go back to her again. I found an endometriosis specialist, all my questions were answered at the time of consultation, & all the problems are gone now. Based on my experience, i dont think Dr. Giles had the knowledge to guide me to the right direction, & I dont think she really cared enough.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. Ill try to make a long story short. Called and verified multiple times my insurance was in network. Verified in the office that my insurance was in network. After my 3 different visits, receive a huge bill stating that theyre actually out of network. The front office was rude and I had to call multiple times for them to adjust my bill. Theyre still trying to say that the amount I owe is from my deductible??? That was satisfied in January AND theyre out of network anyway!! These people have no idea what theyre doing and the last time I called, the finance manager hung up on me. When I called back the other lady in the front office said that she wasnt available. This place is ridiculous and theyre crooks, I would have never gone to this place if the staff hadnt reassured me multiple times that they were in network. As for the doctor, I didnt care for her either, she was very over dramatic, animated and all over the place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PLACE that is now costing me a lot of money for no good reason. Avoid this place at all costs

I was thirty minutes early for my appointment. After I had been in the office fifteen minutes I was told that Dr. Giles would be an hour late, did I want to wait or reschedule. The amount of effort taken to come to the Gynecologist is great. I did not want to reschedule, I will wait. After one hour fifteen minutes in the waiting room I was called back, back office work performed and told to remove my clothes in my room. I sat in the room for one hour and fifteen minutes. During that time no one ever came in my room to check on me or let me know what was going on. After 1 1/2 hours I redressed, no one knew where Dr. Giles was. Still in surgery? No one knew. Her partner, Dr. MItchell was standing around the office saying he was supposed to be in surgery when she was done. He could have given me an exam. I am not that particular! When I left the office I requested my co-pay back and a copy of my file that I can give to my new doctor. No one in the office seemed to care if I was their patient or not. So, I am not.

First impressions are everything to me - this Doctor experience was top notch! First I in the past 10 years have moved 7 times ( these are long distance moves all over the world and US) meaning starting over in a new city 7 times ...new everything for once finding a new Doctor was a real success. I am 44 years old and dont have children - the waiting room was lovely and comfortable- I wasnt sitting in uncomfortable chairs nor did I have to endure a TV blaring some depressing news being repeated over and over - I came early and was seen early - the staff were very kind and super patient - I am terrible with blood work - I get all nervous and light headed no matter what I do and the staff were super patient and only had to stick me once. Dr Giles was great very smart and super thoughtful, thorough and very intelligent. I loved how she took the time to discus health issues and listen to my thoughts and offer some very helpful solutions. This practice was such a good fit for me - I am relieved to have found a good Doctor

Dr. Giles has been my OB/GYN for over 9 years and I would highly recommend her. I love that she has a broad knowledge of hormonal function and bio-identical hormone therapy. She is very professional and has a kind and caring manner. In 2014, my teenage daughter was having health issues and another doctor mis-diagnosed her. After several trips to different doctors and the ER, we were frustrated and confused. I took my daughter to Dr. Giles, and she knew new exactly what was going on, even though her condition did not fall into the OB/GYN field. She pointed us in the right direction, and I will be forever grateful. My daughter has special needs and Dr. Giles was extremely sweet to her. I am a big fan of Dr. Giles!

Okay four years ago a lady showed up thirty minutes early for an appointment and Dr Giles had an emergency and couldnt be there. She is an OBGYN and that is the nature of their practice. I have found her to be extremely compassionate and caring and it is a shame that one person can put a bad mark on her reputation. I have been going to her for five years and have had a great experience every time.

I recently visited Dr Giles and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. Her office staff was helpful, friendly and patient. Dr Giles took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease (unlike the previous doctor I was with that I felt like I was herded through and no individual care was given.) I highly recommend her.
