If you can get in theyre fabulous! I have been coming here for a few years now and have received exceptional medical care! I have seen CRNP Michelle Wallace for general care, and I cant say enough wonderful things about her! She has been so kind and concerned about my health and has taken time to make me feel safe and comfortable during exams. However, the front desk staff can be very difficult to deal with. It seems like almost every time I call they are "out to lunch", and I have never had a voice mail returned. The only way Ive been able to get in or get medication refilled is to call them repeatedly until someone finally picks up. I have also had at least one circumstance where the front desk staff said that they would have a medical professional fill a prescription and they obviously did not pass on the request. On another occasion, my significant other was waiting in the lobby while I was being seen, and he heard the front desk staff discussing another patients personal medical information from across the room. They addressed the woman specifically by name and announced the procedures to be conducted in a rather crude manner. The woman seemed very upset that the information was not kept private. Overall, the front desk staff have been very unpleasant to interact with and do not represent the exceptional quality of care that the medical staff provide.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bowen & Michelle for over 5 years. I have particular health concerns & religious preferences so some doctors prefer not to deal with that but it was no problem for them. Even when I moved I continue to go there. I love the practice and their bedside manner. They always spend the time and effort needed to make you feel comfortable. I really cant say enough about them!

Dr. Bowen is super. Hes a one man show so you develop a very personal relationship with him during your pregnancy. Hes very non--interventationist with a midwifey outlook, yet you have the benefit of having a surgeon in case its warranted. Nice office staff as well.

Love the Bowen Center and Dr. Bowen. They are a great office, with wonderful staff. They listen to your needs and help you implement the plans you have whether it be for your personal health or the health of your growing baby.

Fantastic service, superior doctor and surgeon. Hell give you all the time and attention you need. The only downside; hes chronically late. Expect your appointments to start 30-60 minute after the scheduled time.
