I had a very unpleasant and impersonal experience throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I was pressured to have a caesarean before my due date because it was more convenient for the doctors. I had to repeatedly refuse to schedule my delivery and I wasnt allowed to go over 41 weeks even though it is not unsafe to go to 42 weeks. After being forced to induce I also ultimately had an emergency caesarean for a reason that was not explained to me properly and in my opinion was the doctors fault for rushing the delivery process.

Terrible place, would not recommend to my worst enemy. The receptionist are unprofessional and ditsy. They re-did a test and charged me 3700 dollars; because they were too impatient to receive my file from my previous doctor. And then when I asked the front office what is was for, she told me my delivery bill when I was 6 months pregnant. If you have a HSA I would not go there, they will deplete it with petty visits.

Doctors were professional but front desk and assistants were horrible. When I was pregnant I had an appointment right an hour before they closed. They put me in a room in the back and I waited forever. The next thing I know lights are going out and I hear people saying goodbye. They had forgotten about me and left me in the room.

Other reviews are correct. After moving to the area, I went here because it was the closest ob/gyn. . Everything was very impersonal, unprofessional, and rude.. If you have to call to reach a nurse or billing, expect to have to call many times before reaching someone.

I love this place they have been very supportive of two miscarriages and have gone above what doctors should do to support their patients! Their bedside manner is awesome!!

I love it there, they are always very nice and fit me in whenever i need a emergency apt. Dr Dickerson and Dr Byerly are Amazing! <3
