When greeted by the receptionist I was asked for my insurance card, photo ID, and a "card." When asked what type of card, I was told it is to keep on file for billing purposes. I asked if I could get a copy of the written policy and was told by both the receptionist and office manager that there is no written policy for this and I could not be seen if I did not provide a card. I reluctantly gave a card for them to put on file and in turn was given an agreement stating that they can charge my card up to $1500 for "any amount not covered by insurance." It also stated that I could cancel the agreement at any time. I chose to cancel it immediatly and wrote this at the bottom of the page. The office manager told me I could not cancel at this time. I scribbled out the sentence I wrote to cancel and signed my initials. A few minutes later the office manager comes to tell me she spoke with Dr. Anderson and it is not a good fit for me or them. I was refused services. I asked to speak with one of the doctors twice and was told I could not. I am frustrated at the fact that they failed to inform me at any point during online registration or via confirmation emails/texts that they have a policy in which you MUST provide a credit/debit card or you will be refused services. And to top it all off, they dont even have this policy in writing in the office. I should also mention that I have a friend who visits this clinic regularly and she does NOT have a card on file and knew nothing of the policy. Reading the other reviews, it seems as though they have a habit of refusing patients for "office policies" that are not in writing.

I chose this practice for my first pregnancy because from the website it appeared to be a caring and patient friendly practice. However, the quality of care provided was incredibly disappointing and I ended up switching practices after a few months. The practice has a very assembly line feel. There was always long waits before I was seen and in my experience the practice put enormous pressure on patients to have any and all tests done, regardless of whether the results would even change how the patient would handle her pregnancy. Further, it was clear after a few visits that my file was not being reviewed. The final straw for me was when one of my results came back as needing further review and I did not even receive a phone call. I found this out via their online portal and as I had an appointment the next day went in to speak to the doctor. The doctor had no idea any of this was in my file and told me that everything looked good to go and then got up to rush off the next patient. When I questioned her about these results, she then looked at my file and said oh no we need to look into this. Needless to say, I left the practice. My new provider has been wonderful. They take time to discuss any questions I may have and our visits consist more of conversations and helpful advice than the assembly line, see-as-many-patients-as-possible-in-one-day feel I received from Arbor.

Still in disbelief about how I was treated at this practice today! I arrived 15 minutes early this morning to fill out paper work as a first time patient. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had been given 2 options via voicemail the night prior to my appointment; either arrive 30 minutes early to set up a patient portal or join patient portal prior to arrival. After given the opportunity to set up the portal in the office and completing provided forms, I was informed the physician would not honor the appointment. After making childcare arrangements and traveling 30 minutes one way to arrive 15 minutes early and not be seen, I was livid! Will gladly find care from one of the other hundreds of physicians in the area. Ps. Have had literally hundreds of appointments over the last year for my daughter who has a disability. All of these physicians have also offered a patient portal and I have never participated. Is it my choice? Have never been refused services for her due to not participating.

I have been a patient of Arbor Ob/Gyn since 1998 and have always received the highest level of care. Dr. Samantha Anderson and Lisa Holt delivered our first daughter, and even with the complications that occurred toward the end of that pregnancy and during delivery, we knew that we were in the most competent of hands. Lisa Holt delivered our second daughter, and she was with us all throughout the night and wouldnt leave us in the morning until our baby was born. Lisa has the most incredible bedside manner and just has a way of making her patients feel like they are her only patient. It is obvious how much she cares about giving you her full attention and the best care possible. Now that we are done having children, I continue to see Lisa for my routine care and I always know that I am going to have a wonderful experience. ~AB

I have been a patient of Lisa Holt and Dr. Anderson for 7 years. I first came into the practice when I was pregnant with my first child. The pregnancy was considered a high risk pregnancy because of my blood pressure. They held my hand and walked me through every step of the pregnancy as if I was one of the family. Since then I have had the pleasure of having my second child and continuing my gynecological check ups with them. The entire staff is so kind and truly cares about your health. They always take time to answer any questions I have to make sure Im comfortable. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

My obgyn that I had for years retired and so I made an appointment with Dr. Nicole Petchenik at Arbor. She is understanding, patient, informative and you can tell she really does care. She takes time to answer all of the questions you may have (and I always have a lot of questions lol). I am so glad I chose this facility and very fortunate I am under Dr. Petcheniks care. I would recommend this office to a friend in a heartbeat.

I was recently new to the practiced and saw Dr. Nicole Petchenik for a regular gyno exam. I have never had a doctor especially in this field spend so much time with me. I immediately felt so comfortable with her! She even told me about an article she thought would be good for me to read and took the time to email it to me. I will continue care with this practice! Would definitely recommend this office. The staff are friendly and guided me through each every step. The doctor I was assigned to is Dr. Sirisha Raju and hands down she is the best doctor. She made me feel so comfortable and would listen to me very patiently. Glad I am in their hands.
