I was recently very disappointed with recent treatment by the office staff during a visit. When I made the appointment, I asked for the latest appointment of the day, which would allow me to take off the least amount of time from work. I was told 3:30 and to arrive at 3:15 to fill in paperwork. WIth traffic delays, and the office being located in an office complex, the address is very misleading and inaccurate. I arrived at The CH complex, at 3:24, only to realize that I was in the wrong part of the building and at the wrong office. The lady in suite____ was very kind, and actually walked me to the new building, When I arrived I was told that I would need to re-schedule my appointment because they only allow patients a 10 minute grace, and I was at 12 minutes. I explained that I could not find the building, and that I would appreciate if I could be seen today. She then checked with the doctor, and was told that I would need to re-schedule. I certainly, understand how critical appointment times are, but when you have first time clients, and youve provided them with an inaccurate address, couldnt you extend a one-time courtesy to someone , who had missed the cut-off by 2 minutes? I also was not advised of the policy beforehand. I really hate to think about her compassion for her clients. I chose not to re-schedule another appointment at this location, and Im glad that I didnt waste any additional time at this office. No wonder they are recruiting customers through the mail. Poor way to treat your clients

I was informed that my diagnosed Fibroid could not cause pain ....there is accurate information in the medical literature that indeed SUPPORTS that some 30-50% can cause PAIN; maybe she forgot; Ill chalk it up to her" Mental-Myopia" at this stage. Shell most likely remind you of her "25 yrs of practice" somewhere in your time...( Ive been married for 27 yrs, I guess that makes me "PRO" on ALL things marriage now, if we go by mere time put in, eh?) This statement from MEDSCAPE is concise :"Uterine fibroids are one of the most commonly encountered benign gynecological conditions, affecting 40–80% of women depending on ethnicity.[1,11,12] Although the majority of fibroids remain asymptomatic, symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, pelvic PAIN, and subfertility occur in approximately 30–50% of women with fibroids." So IF you are 30-50% of women, youd best look elsewhere if you want relief of such DOCUMENTED pain! :-/

one of the worse locations I have ever been too. Very shady information, she gives you an unpleasant look and energy when you ask basic questions, too pushy to prescribe or order you things without giving a firm information. she "gave" me an hour and half in her office just to change into a gown. After taking a sample and telling me to do an ultrasound, she just walked out and by then I was confused. She did not tell me when I should be hearing from them to get a result or anything!! ugh, I just wouldnt recommend her.

Dr. Aronoff is an excellent clinician: knowledgeable, professional and approachable. I appreciate her no-nonsense manner, equally balanced by warmth and humor (and as a medical professional, I can attest that this is a difficult combination to achieve). The staff is very friendly, caring and attentive to detail, as well. Visiting the gynecologist is never a picnic, but heres a lot of talent in the office of The Christ Hospital OB/Gyn in Norwood. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
