I have the same experience about Dr. Raghavan just like other reviewers stated. She is friendly, down to earth, patient, willing to answer all my questions, very easy to talk to. The things I am concerned and not too happy about are the lack of cleanliness of the exam room and the bathroom, and the staffs capability. Let me address the cleanliness first - the exam room wall is dirty with something spilled on the wall in more than one spots, the floor is not clean, the covers of the exam bed where the patients put our feet at are so dirty that I didnt want to touch even with my shoes. I wonder why they dont replace them. The white cabinet in the bathroom where you collect your urine is also dirty and can use a new cabinet. I wish the doctor would make an effort to clean up the place. I would come and help paint the walls for her! The staff quality comes and goes. Sometime they didnt mail me the reminder card for my appointment, and I had to call to find out when my appointment is when it comes close to the check up time. Over all, the doctor is nice and fine except the office needs cleaning up big time.

Dr. Raghavan is so top notch, there are no words to adequately describe. I had a high-risk pregnancy. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with everything that had to be done. She answered my questions so that I would understand them. Like she was speaking to ME not a fellow doctor!! She was gentle, thorough, and could tell you something that is kind of scary, yet when she tells you, you are already at ease with it. She has a true gift and I cant imagine having any other OB/GYN. The night I delivered my baby, she wasnt even on call and heard that I was in labor and came to the hospital anyway and assisted in my C-Section, just because she knew how much I admired and trusted her. How many doctors would do that for a patient?? Only 1 and she is #1!!

I dont recommend her. Basically I went to her the reason she can talk to in my Language and understood my problems which I am not able to clearly explain in English. But she never tried to communicate in my language. That becomes hard for me to explain her problems. Second thing is I was facing issue for a month during my pregnancy which never tried to resolve or dont know what was going wrong. That ended premature baby for me. My first kid was full term baby. Moreover she is giving explanation that since we are here the baby is in good hands. But she never accept that she did nothing to avoid it. So dont go to her.

Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional!! She hangs up on the doctors patients and refuses to let you speak with the doctor. She also turned on answering service so she no longer had to take my call while I was in need of medical care. Filing a complaint with the state medical board and department of community health. Her behavior is unacceptable for a medical office and doctor allows it to continue!

Receptionist is very nice and always works me into the doctors busy schedule. The MAs are nice and very encouraging. Everyone in the office is very friendly. Dr. Raghavan listens to everything and remembers everyone. She is very sweet, informative and not judgmental in the least. I would recommend her to anybody, no matter how difficult their situation may be.

I absolutely love Dr.R and her staff. Ive never had a experience where they didnt contact me about my appointment, or even labs. Dr.R is very professional and takes time with each patient while in the examine room. As a current high risk patient of hers I have nothing but good things to say about her and the entire staff.

She dont spend time with Patients in clarifying questions and will always be in mode of hurry to leave the room ( to see other Patients). Not recommended.
