Run from this place.... I originally went there 2 years ago for an amazing girl named Jayna, who was their esthetican. I decided to see Kasey (nurse practitioner) per a recommendation from a friend. She was nice, but extremely pushy and sent me home with a huge packet of procedures to do. She told me I had a thyroid nodule and I needed an ultrasound ASAP, so I went to my well known endocrinologist who ordered my ultrasound and I only had enlarged lymph nodes. She pushed very hard for me to do soo many other procedures as well. They do not care for patients, its about production. I work in the medical field, and this is not a part of what I want to be in. I had decided I would not go back after that episode, but another year passed and I was out of birth control pills, and had not had time to find a new doctor, so I thought what the heck, I need a refill on pills and I will give them another chance. The second time was worse, Kasey again told me I had a thyroid nodule. I explained to her that I saw my endocrinologist and had the ultrasound. She requested a copy of it. She didnt have anything good to say about anything I was doing. Not enough calcium with my vitamin, wanted to change my anxiety med, etc...Just very pushy and brash. 2 days after appt, I have 4 phone calls from receptionist, pushing essure or tubal ligation on me and practically begging me to schedule. Also telling me I still need another thyroid ultrasound. In addition, telling me my pap was abnormal and I need to pay another 243.00 for a more thorough one. (Trust me, it couldnt get more thorough). After the 4th call, I ask for the receptionist to have Dr Brenner personally call me and she said she would relay the message. It has now been 4 days and I havent received a returned call. This is not a place of care as I stated before. Its all about numbers and doing unnecessary procedures. Trust me RUN

Step right up and take a ticket. You might as well be a number if you come here. I wanted to get a lipo-b shot and at the low price of $35 in comparison to $50 at home, who could resist? But wow, was my visit terrible. I came in (no appointment necessary), prepaid for the shot, filled out two papers worth of info (none asking about my previous medical history) and waited for about 10min before I was escorted back to a room and pricked with a needle. Just like that. No questions, no consultation, just a simple prick. I wanted to ask about fillers (Juvederm and Restylane) but since they lacked professionalism I refrained. After leaving, I received a call with the receptionist telling me she forgot to hand me a few other forms to fill out (I knew it, no one can just jab someone with a needle without info right?). I didnt feel like turning around so I asked that she mail it to me. Today I received the missing forms with NO return envelope and postage. You seriously expect me to inconvenience myself to fill out forms that YOU forgot to give me that couldve jeopardized my health?! Ill let that sink in. Im not mailing the forms, so if you get audited and or fined by the OH med board, thats your error to answer to.

Booked an Eminence Facial and showed up at the appt to learn that they did not book correctly. Erika was nice about it and wanted me to have the experience I was after so she rebooked me for an appt 2 days later. I showed up again to find out that they didnt book it correctly again and cancelled my appt but didnt tell me (said they called twice and left 2 messages, but I never received). Took 45 minutes to get there each time. The only thing they offered me was to rebook again. No, thank you. Sorry that Eminences name gets tarnished on this spa! They seem very disorganized and for how busy they seem, am surprised that their website and scheduling is not modern. If I could have booked online, it would have been done right-also no menus of services with pricing could be found online or in the waiting room which was weird too. Looks like physician is involved in a lot of fad procedures and maybe cares more about whats hot today and making money than putting quality into staff and customer service. SOOOO disappointed!

Starting a family is hard. Starting a family with a nervous system disorder that makes intercourse unbearable, is VERY hard. Dr. Brenner was the first doctor to get real with me and set me on a path that would help me overcome my issues, and eventually live a normal life. My only wish is that I found her sooner. If you are struggling and not finding support from your gynecologist, I highly recommend Dr. Brenner. Her intellect and knowledge of this field is incomparable. Know that while everyones story is unique, I never heard the generic lines "keep trying" or "this is normal" from her, which I heard countless times from other doctors. Instead, she was honest with me and told me what I needed to do if I wanted to make a change. This was tough to hear, but it was what I needed to overcome my obstacle. Today, I am happy, healthy, and a mom. I truly believe that Dr. Brenners actions gave me my precious family. I will forever be grateful!

For the first time I found a doctor that truly cares about me and my issues. Like most women, you have the same gyno for years and though mine was fine when having children, I was left out in the cold when it came to menopause. I was given every one size fits all patch, pill and cream on the market but no one took the time to run test and find out just what I truly needed till I went to Dr. Brenners office. I see Dr. Thieman and she always takes her time with me and really listens to my concerns. With my old doctor I was pretty much told that menopause meant no sex life and that is just not true. I have been working with Dr. Thieman and I can honestly say I feel like I did in my twenties. My poor husband cant keep up with me. I have recommended so many women to her that felt the same way I did. She has changed my life! Thank you so much Dr. Thieman!!!!

I have to give this office a low rating due to a terrible experience (EVERY) time I go there. I am referring to the ladies that work in the office, handling records, appointments, transferring records, faxing, call backs, directions, messages to the doctors, billing mistakes, etc... any and every single thing that must be handled by this very inept office staff. They are truly clueless- no organization. I almost always have to call back more than once with the same requests or questions. How they keep their jobs is a mystery. This is a MAJOR concern when my health is in their hands. I will probably be looking for another doctor this year. The front office has a clear responsibility in how the medical office is run and the safety of its patients- they fail miserably. Dr. Brenner needs to get her staff trained and up to par.
