They didnt show concern about my spotting, and never called me back. I would call up there but they never answered my phone. I called through my moms phone and they picked up right away. She told them my issue but they still gave the cold shoulder. I was really disappointed and upset that an ObGyn would even do that to a patient. Unprofessional, do not go there. Southern Cresent is a better option. Its not ghetto or outdated and they will help you with all of your problems.

Let me just start off by saying this was the worst experience ever. Im from out of state and I currently reside in the Atlanta area. Ive had some medical issues going on for about 3months and my OBGYN from out of state advised me to find a primary OBGYN in Atlanta instead of traveling home to have more test done. I agreed and googled a doctors office in the area. I found this office and called to schedule an appt two days out. The receptionist sounded a little ghetto

Staff service is excellent and Dr. Hackney made me feel super comfortable since it was my very first time visiting an OBGYN. Very informative and friendly, I would definitely recommend for anyone to set an appointment with Dr. Hackney.
