Even as I try to rid myself of this place they still give me hell! The main issue I. Have is Dr jarwar doesnt listen to you as a parent. My son was constipated and I was explaining his pains and all he said on first visit was have him eat more. As if I dont feed him! Next visit my son still in pain he finally prescribes those things to place in his bottom and that didnt help so I had to take him to the hospital and there they had to break up what they described as a bad constipation. Now my family and I have moved to NC and we are needing my sons and daughters records and they want to charge us (THE PARENTS) $30 PER RECORD! SO $60 To get our own childrens records released!!! That or they can fax to a doc office for free but we CANT GO TO A DOC OFFICE HERE TILL WE GET A MEDICAID CARD!!!!! and I cant get a medicaide card till I get a social cause we lost our sons social. Card and cant get social till we get shot records and cant get shot records cause Dr Jarwars office WONT release them to me unless I fork over money! Its thievery! Im stuck in a loop of hell and I meed those shot records to get my son in. School! Worst place ever! He dismisses a parents concern and denies a parents right to thier childs records!

Ive got to say that I LOVE these guys. I have 4 children and could never get their annual appointments scheduled in one visit, but with Rockdale Pediatrics they are very accommodating. In addition to this, I dont have to wait very long to be seen, at other pediatricians the wait is ridiculous (and then spread into 2 appointments). They are very thorough with my boys, they follow up with my childrens issues, their billing is on point, and they are super kind. After 12 years of looking for a good pediatrician, Ive finally struck gold.

I absolutely love dr. Jarwar. Ive been coming here since i was a child, and now children come here, but i LOATHE the pediatric staff. The women at the front desk are UNPROFESSIONAL. They schedule my appt. And then are obviously on lunch during it so they are too busy to get us taken care of until 30 mins. To an hour. Dr. Jarwar really is an awesome awesome pediatrician, but because of his unprofessional staff he has lost a patient who has been with them for over 20 years.
