I suffered through three years of visits with three kids before switching pediatricians simply because GPP was the only pediatrician in the area that was in-network for us. My complaints are: 1) Wait times are outrageous - expect to spend an hour in the waiting room and an hour to 90 minutes in the exam room with nurse, then doctor, then nurse again. 2) The front desk and the billing office are uncoordinated, so the front desk will state you have a balance, and the billing office says you dont. 3) If the front office states you have a balance, they will not see your child until you pay on the account. 4) When your child is sick, you cant get an appointment that day, because they are so busy, but for some reason they take walk-in patients (they suggested I go to the hospital for a breathing treatment). 5) The staff allows the sick kids and well kids to co-mingle (most of the patients speak English as a second language, so they many be unable to read the signs defining the sick and well areas, but no one reminds them - Ive been there for a well visit with my child sitting a few feet away from a vomiting child). Ive had better luck at the Little Clinic in Kroger on Rockbridge Road. The nurse there was a pediatric nurse for 20 years, and she has always been fabulous with my children, diagnosing and writing appropriate prescriptions, with almost no wait time.

I have to find a new place. I have never once had a positive experience. Today I called on my way to see if they could see my child. I got hung up on after waiting on hold forever. Then they couldnt see him. They said the phone hadnt rung. Ok. From the hold times you would think the phone has rung nonstop. Why was I on hold if the phone hadnt even rung --not to mention my call! Another time they sent my newborn daughter to the emergency room when nothing was wrong with her. This was in the height of an Ebola outbreak and flu season.

I waited over a hour and a half for my sick daughter to be seen. They dont want you to be late and will charge you if you are. We had an appointment, was early for the appointment too. They seem too overbooked and a nurse practitioner seems to be the only person you can see...I wonder if an actual doctor is here. Customer service is the worst. This is a regular for this office. This is not a great, good or even okay experience with this pediatrics office. I need to find another practice ASAP.

this is the worst serviced place ever. everything takes 2 weeks to get through. phone calls will take a minimum of 5 minutes of being on hold and this is IF you can even get through to someone. ive had so many issues with this place that its insane. nurses are unhelpful, doctors are slow, wait times are long, forms take weeks to get filled out. i absolutely dont recommend this place unless you want to be stressed out anytime you need anything done by your pediatrician.

The people at front desk are very rude. Ive been calling since about 11:00 am in the morning and is now 3:53 pm to make and appointment for my son and get a refill but It has been impossible every time they answer they put me on hold because she said she had to take another call and she never gets back to my call, Ive waited on hold up to 20 min and they just hang up the phone. How can the service in this office be so terrible?

Such a shame because I love this place so much, Ive been coming here since my nine year old was born and now my one abs two year old come here. The doctors abs staff are amazing if you dont feel like waiting almost two hours only to be seen for five minutes and then wait another thirty minutes for then to bring in the prescription. Unfortunately I am about switch because its become too crowded and the wait times are ridiculous

Worst service ever!! The doctors are not doctors, all the nurses trying to run the place. Book an appointment for your kids by spending 15 minutes on phone, then wait for 1:30 minutes for your turn, then get seen by a nurse for exactly 5 mins and come back with no medicine. This exactly describes their service in Gwinnett center. This is my 3rd experience so couldnt stop myself by telling the world.

Every time no matter the day or time, they always put me on hold and let me wait for as long as 20 minutes. And on the day of the appointment the waiting time is over an hour. I have been keeping with this for seven years and honestly I am starting to get tired! I only reason I go there is because I love Doctor George, thats it. They should hire more people to help with the phones.

I work at a hospital, and when I got pregnant, I asked around for who I should pick as a pediatrician. Everyone that I asked recommended Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett. I am so glad that I listened to everyone. We have always been happy with the whole office. The doctors, nurse practinioners and nurses are very experienced!

Whenever we come here the wait time is always more than an hour :( My child had 104 fever and we had wait for one and half hour to see the doctor!!!!! They also dont have any walkin services at all! I have been with them for eight years but now unfortunately I am forced to go somewhere else :( :(

LOVE this practice!! We have been on a long journey to get our daughter diagnosed and treated correctly. We could not have done this without the great staff and doctors here. They have made this hard journey that much easier. I cant thank you all enough!

Switching my kids today. I have had several occasions where they schedule appointments with PAs who cant perscripe anxiety meds or adhd meds. Because of the miscommunication my son has no medicine. I was in tears when I left.
