The staff is super nice at the front. The doctors however are terrible. They do not listen to the parents nor properly inform the parents of the childs needs or development. When I asked to speak with the office manager and had an appointment set up, she left early for the day and never even tried to get in contact with me. I kept reading all these great reviews on this pediatrician office so I kept trying different doctors and all of them were the same uncaring treatment towards my child and my family.

While I have not had great experience with some of the doctors or manager here, I was grateful to have come across Dr. Joesphson. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable, and really helps me with my son. I appreciate also that if I call with questions, the nurses are quick to return my call and help me. They are very good about trying to get you appointments when you need them as well. I have found that convenience to be helpful!! Overall I am happy with the Doctor we see and the experience he gives us.

My children have been seeing Dr. Burnham since they were born. My son is now 16 and my daughter is 14. I cannot begin to thank all of the staff at all of the locations for supporting and caring for my children over the years. I cannot even imagine not having Roswell Pediatrics all these years to assist me in raising my kids to the strong healthy teens they are today!!!

First time visit for my kids 12 and 14. The entire staff was great to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns. We moved from Preston Ridge Ped and was concerned after being there for so long. Roswell Pediatric Center was a great move! Highly recommend.
