I met with Dr. Mo before my son was born. I was 7 months pregnant and a friend from work referred me to him. I went in for my consultation and knew immediately he was the pediatrician I wanted. This was my first child and I was young and had no idea what I was doing. He was soft, gentle spoken and gave me full confidence. Since then, My son has only seen Mo. We have been through the hardest of times together. First, with his ADHD, next with his bipolar. There were days when I was in the office crying and physically restraining my child, and as soon as he walked in the door my son calmed. They have this amazing connection. Dr. Mo is one of the only people I know who can be on the same level as my son. When we are in the office riddling him with questions, he effortlessly answers them all while giving my son his complete attention. When my son was struggling in school, Dr. Mo suggested me signing a form so he could be contacted directly through the school if there were any issues. He has worked hand and hand with my son and I through everything the past 8 years. This summer, we were able to wean my son off of his mood stabilizers and he is doing amazing. I cannot say enough about this man. He has went way above and beyond anyone I have ever known for his patient. I refer everyone I know to him. Because of him, my son can lead a normal life. I can never thank him enough for all of the hours and effort that he has put into ensuring that my son gets the most amazing care he needs. Thank you Mo, we love you.

I do believe Dr. Mo is a good pediatrician and does well with the kids. Although I hold the same expectation for health care providers as I do any other business. I recently had an appointment for my son at the office. We were scheduled for 10:00a.m. and as soon as we showed up they brought us back to a patient room where we proceeded to wait for an hour. I believe we were his first appointment of the day, so no big deal maybe he was caught in traffic or had a crazy morning. After an hour that Dr. Mo did not show up we left the office and all I expected was at least a phone call to apologize. This would show that Dr. Mo at least had an ounce of respect for me and my families time. The phone never rang and no apology ever came. I would advise Dr. Mo that his time will not be that valuable if he continues to treat his patients this way.
