I just moved to the area and was looking for a new pediatrician for my 14 month old daughter. I found it! I went to the Chelsea office and everything was wonderful from the receptionist who booked my appointment, to the toys and books in the waiting area, to the knowledgeable doctor and nurse. They were very playful and kind to my daughter and she warmed right up, which usually doesnt happen.

My review is only about the staff since we never actually saw any of the doctors here. The receptionist (Jazmen) was incredibly rude. She even hung up the phone on me at some point. I really dont understand why they have people with such terrible people skills talking to patients. We naturally ran away to a different doctor.
