Highly would NOT reccomend this doctor. First of all, she is never in the office....you have to see the nurse practioner. I called the after hours line, when my son had a 104.5 fever, and she took over an hour to call back ((after i called twice asking why i havent recieved a call back)).....When you do see Dr Waters, she is very dismissive, doesnt spend enough time in the room with you....and doesnt explain things. If you have an opinion that is different than hers, she rolls her eyes and doesnt want to hear it. My son was prone to phenomia at 2 years old and we are in the middle of diagnosing him with asthma..... Right in the middle of him being sick, she decides out of no where that it is in our best interest to find another doctor. We were told this by her rude office staff when i called to make an appointment becase he was getting worse...and they told me they were not going to see him from that point on.... I had to spend the day looking for a new pediatrician, while my son was so sick...... I cannot believe they would do that especially when they knew how bad his lungs had sounded the week before. Her, as well as her office staff, do not care about a childs well being. And I would HIGHLY reccomd you not going there.

Dr. Waters is one of the best pediatricians I have ever had my children seen by. She cares about the child on an individual basis. She gets personal with every aspect of your childs health, treating them as if they are her own! My son has seen many doctors, military dependent for many years where you never see the same one twice. You know your child loves his doctor when he fights his sister about whos doctor she is!

She is a great doctor. My son has been a patient of hers for 10 years and in all that time, I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is very knowledgeable, very compassionate, and is very good about communicating medical information in a manner that can be understood by the parents and the kids. Highest recommendation!
