They dont do walk ins here. Found that out after I showed up because I couldnt get ahold of the office during their lunch hour. Was told they could see my child the following day as she stood there crying with her ear hurting. There were 2 patients sitting in the waiting area. On top of the fact that the wellness visit I set up for our children were 2 months out. Will be changing pediatrician.

Appointment times dont really matter for a simple well visit for a baby. Expect to wait another hour just to be seen. Dont worry its like this all the time here. Time to move on and find another doctor.

Love the doctors here. Poor and rude staff. Including the office manager. I drive an hour away to see our doctor and for the staff to always be rude and unprofessional is insulting.
