Buyer Beware - Went to see Dr. Brian about shoulder discomfort although I was a bit hesitant about the whole chiropractic thing. On my first visit he assured me I didnt need to see an orthopedic (bc he said I could not have a rotator cuff tear) and that he was so confident he could help me that he would pay me back the $794 if no improvement after 4 weeks of treatment. After the last visit he informed me that I was 12% worse than when he started my treatment plan so he ordered an MRI. Went to get the MRI and waited for Dr. Brian to call me with the results which I understand is protocol for a doctor that order the MRI. He never called. I went to imaging center to pickup the MRI to have an orthopedic go over my results with me. Just learned I need shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff and torn labrum. I am now in this for over $1500, only have 30% use of my arm at this point and needless to say, still waiting for my $794. Lesson learned: Trust Our Instincts!

I wanted to say thank you to Dr. Brian for taking such great care of my 2 1/2 year old daughter Evan. She had been on antibiotics for 5 days and still complaining of ear pain. Dr. Brian adjusted her without her ever knowing what happened. It has been 4 days and she has not complained once about her ear!!! Thank you Dr. Brian Ruggiero!

I was in the parking lot desperately yelling at my senile mother not to cross the busy 3 lane road. When the owner himself busts out of the door and tells me to "shut the F**k up!" Very very disrespectful.
