This was, hands down, the absolute worst dental experience I have encountered. The dental technician took 20+ x-rays of my mouth, cutting the inside of my mouth in the process. She failed to give me a lead vest, despite the fact that my husband was given a lead vest in the next room. I was also not given eye protection during my treatment and was dealing with water spraying in my eyes the whole time. The entire process (x-rays, cleaning and a filling) took over two hours. When the dentist was doing my filling, I had to ask them to stop twice because the dental hygienist was cramming the suction straw so deep into my gums that I couldnt stand the pain anymore. I will never be returning to Douglasville Dental again, nor would I ever recommend this office.

Biggest crooks there are in town. They do horrible work, bill you and wont finish their incomplete work until they have payment. If I am still calling after a year about an issue that has yet to be resolved after numerous visits, there is a problem with the work done, or lack there of. The receptionist who answers the phone has a nasty attitude and is not willing to help with anything. She lacks knowledge, and most importantly empathy. TERRIBLE!

Best treatment! Pain free work! I never felt anything not even the numbing injections! Hygienists are gentle and thorough! I would recommend them to anyone, and most definitely people who are scared of dentist, you will love this place! I personally used to have an anxiety attack at the mere mention of the word dentist. This office has brought me to the point were I gladly show up for work on my teeth!

Worst dental experience in my life ( I am 53 yrs. old), I got two crowns done at this place and both still hurting, is been about 2 yrs. now. Billing dept. doesnt know what they are doing and the receptionists do have an attitude.
