My husband took our 5 & 1 year old to R & R Dental to have their teeth cleaned and had to wait 2 hours before they were even called back! Their appointment was at 9:30 and they did not leave until 12:00! This week I received a bill from them saying that I owed $20.00 for my 1 year olds cleaning. When I called to see why I owed anything since my insurance covers 100% of cleaning I was told that when they called my insurance company they gave them the wrong "code" and that my insurance would not pay it. I told them I did not think this was fair that I had to pay for something that happened between them and the insurance company. I was told that I signed a paper saying that I will pay whatever the insurance did not pay and that they could not write it off. I called my insurance company and I was told that they were wrong that I do not have to pay the $20 since they were obligated to pay the rates that my insurance company gave them and when I called back to let them know, I was told they would just have to call for themselves. Never apologized or anything! I will not be bringing my children back to place!

From the moment I called to schedule my childrens appointment every thing was great. Everyone is so helpful in the office. We are new to Georgia and I as a parent am always skeptical when I approach a new place but I love it. The office is clean and they even offered snacks. I liked the way the hygienist brought me back and showed me up close and personal what was going on with my son. It was even better when the dentist introduced herself to me and talked about my childrens dental health and also we small talked about my previous hometown. She is very nice and welcoming. She also did not belittle me because my children did have some dental issues. I am very impressed with Mrs. Frazier, and the entire staff I encountered on our first visit.

If there was a way to give it ZERO stars, I certainly would. I look to Google reviews often for helpful opinions, but have never written a review myself. Yesterday I had such an awful experience with the owner...Reynaldo Reese, that I felt compelled to post this review. I urge anyone reading this to stay very far away. The has absolutely NO integrity whatsoever....Christian music playing in the waiting room...I assure he is anything but a Christian!
