Awesome Caring Generous all around Wonderful People. Did a perfect job on my teeth. Thank you to Drs and staff. I start off, I havent been to a dentist in 10 years almost. I needed alot of fillings. I live in Ky now but I am from Columbus Oh. The other dentists I have seen there in Ohio were very rude and clearly just cared about money I had cleanings done and the entire time each time I was scolded and judged. And I truly felt that they intentionally put holes in my teeth then told me they are possible cavities, not to long afterwards I started having pain in my teeth, I had never had any sensitivity in my teeth before that terrible experiance. They insisted I go back to their office routinely for more work. I hadnt been to any dentist in Years believing they intentionally damaged my teeth so I would have to come back for work. I just recently started having bad problems and getting worse. I have no insurance and very low income and I couldnt get help. Until I heard about RAM (Rural Area Medical) they travel around and help people that need it and have no way to pay for dental or health care. Twin Dental was apart of this huge donation.... These People are apart of very few these days.... They are extremely good people kind hearted and truly care about not only their patients but everyone they meet.They Donate their time every year for an entire weekend to help people who are less fortunate and dont have the money to afford dental work, to come together and fix hundreds of peoples teeth free of charge. And rather then rush us poor people through and treat us like dirt, they treated us like we were right in their office and well paying patients. My teeth were on the verge of destruction and instead of judging me they fixed me right up and were so polite and caring the whole time. It warmed my heart just knowing they cared. And that there are still good people out there, and I was very lucky to have met them all. So their patients should treat them with extreme respect and be grateful that they have such great dentists. I live in Kentucky and traveled to Tennessee for help and this office had came from Ohio on their weekend which also happens to be Super Bowl Weekend to help others. Thank you all so very much. You deserve so much more then you think. God bless you and your staff. Hope that people will learn that good people do exist and we all need to come together to help whenever we can. I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a great family practice that cares for everyone.

The staff at Twin Dental are remarkable. They are so friendly and pleasant. They listened to all my concerns and fears about my dental care. They went above and beyond your typical dental office expectations. I had an appointment just merely for info on the treatment that I needed, inwhich was a broken tooth that was possibly abseccesed and a loose front tooth. Yea, my situation sucked. I was extremely terrified on what I needed to do, but once I spoke with the dental assistant Emily and then Dr Dan, my fears deceased big time ! They advised that I needed to do something asap, cause the pain will not decrease or go away. So I had to make a decision. Unfortuantely being terrified of the dentist almost all my life, my dental health wasnt at its best, but I needed to do what was best for me and my health. So I decided to have my last 3 teeth extracted and get a temporary denture. After I made my decision and we discussed the process, I learned that the next day the office would be closed for the next week, due to the office was on vacation. They ensured me that before I left my visit, that I would be taken care of, but I would need to return the next morning to pick up my temporary dentures. I was totally shocked and surprised that Emily and Dr. Dan would come in on their day off and finish my treatment. They explained, "They will do whatever is needed to help their patients". I was so touched, appreciative and grateful for their awesome dedication that they all share at TWIN DENTAL. I will shout from the rooftop for the staff at TWIN DENTAL. If you need dental work, dont hesitate, dont be afraid, just make that call. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THAT DECISION. THANK YOU TWIN DENTAL STAFF

Horrible, degrading, humiliating. when I first got there the staff was very kind and attentive. Dr. David T. Rothan DDS General Dentist was very rude,disrespectful ,He came in the room without really introducing him self ,he being by tell me that I could not afford to pay the cost to get my teeth fixed, in I needed to had them all pull out in have an wear denture plates, I then ask was their something we could do because I am still young and I work in customer service, his was very cold and offensively impolite and turn to me in said that sometime you have to face reality. it was not so much as what he said it could be some truth to that ,but he never look to see my insurance covered or anything he just told me I could not afford the service. at first I thought is was my work uniform, then maybe he thought I had a medical card, but when I looked him straight in his eye I new right then and there it was my dark skin. as he threw up his hands and walked out the room, I nicely told the nurse thank you got a copy of my exams and a card in left. for the first time in my 50 + years in felt prejudice and racist in the dental or medical profession. This really sadness my heart, however my second opinion doctor took me the same day will save my teeth in gave me a cost print out with my insurance deductions. And guess what I can afford it

Dr. Dave and the staff at Twin Dental are simply superb! I had grown unhappy with the dental provider that I had been seeing for many years and did a lot of research before switching to Twin Dental. I am so glad that I made the move! The folks at Twin Dental are the "go to" dental providers in Greater Cincinnati as far as Im concerned. I didnt like how my teeth looked and Dr. Dave and the Twin Dental staff transformed my mouthful of stained, irregular teeth into a bright, white, healthy winning smile! I couldnt be more pleased! My experience was ENTIRELY PAINLESS despite major work including an extraction, multiple fillings,, several crowns, a bridge and several Lumineers. I will also say that the cost for all of this dental work was reasonable particularly considering the extremely high quality dental treatment that I received. Last, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes before being seen by the Twin Dental staff at any of my multiple appointments. If you are seeking a high quality, reasonably priced, painless and a truly patient focused dental experience look no further than Twin Dental!
