I had an appt for 1/19/17 at 5:00 pm. My wife told the receptionist that I did not get off work until 5:00 pm and that I could be about 10/15 minutes late. She was told by the receptionist that it would not be a problem. I walked in the door at 5:13 pm. Receptionist told me that she would have to check with "Doctor" to see if she could see me because I was late. Receptionist finally went and asked the "Doctor" at 5:26 pm if I would be seen. I was told that since I was "late" that I could wait for the "Doctor" to see 2 patients and if she had time then maybe she could see me. Receptionist said the "Doctor" had plans that evening. So with the possibility of not being seen at all I decided to go home (35 miles). If the "Doctor" had plans that day that prevented her from treating a patient at an agreed upon time, then the patient should have been called to reschedule. I do not recommend this Chiropractor. I suggest you go where patient care is taken a little more seriously.

I couldnt make through a work week with out Dr April! I had a wreck 3 yrs ago that gives me terrible neck pain and migraines. She gets me in for an adjustment at last minute (she works around my schedule) Im a hair stylist and after long days of working I can barely move. When I have a migraine she dims the lights, massages my head and neck and takes her time. I appreciate her so much!

Please dont believe that one negative review. I have been seeing Dr. April Stratford about 4 years. She and her sweet receptionist work very hard to accommodate my last minute request for an appointment. I never know when I will have back pain. She has also given me great advise about exercise and stretches. She is very knowledgeable about natural remedies.

I enjoy going to First Choice Family Chiropractic! They are very professional and are amazing at what they do! I came in with severe low back pain. Dr. April got me in as soon as she could, got X-rays taken and went over them with me in detail. She explained my diagnosis to me and got me feeling like myself again. I highly recommend them!
