I went here for the first time and I couldnt believe it. The office looked small, but it was HUGE! It was nice and roomy and very quiet and calm. The wait time was brief and the nurses were happy to assist me. After about 5 or 10 minutes, Dr. Syed came in and had a smile on and greeted me and started her work. She talked about my problem in great detail with no hesitation, she knew what she was doing and she prescribed the medicine. The very next day, I went to my Walgreens and picked up the medication. I had a follow-up 4 weeks later and I was excited about it!

Dont believe the reviews with high stars because they are related. Very lazy doctor. I guess shes the only one at this location. I had an appointment at 12pm and with only 2 people in the building who came AFTER me...I still had to wait until 1:55pm to be seen. That is absolutely ridiculous. They book appointments for the hell of it. Like if you know you take 2 hrs to check a patient for a routine check up, then book the appointment with a gap, why make us wait 2 hours, this happens every time so I changed my doctor.

Personnel were inattentive and unfriendly, and have refused to send my claim info to my insurance company for the last three months which means I am out the money I had to pay out of pocket for my visits. Have been trying to call every week and even spoke to them in person about this issue; calls are never returned and the in-person visit yielded a "someone will take care of it" response, and of course nothing after that. If you enjoy unnecessary stress go with these guys.
