Was seen here 3 times . First visit was okay since I work in Healthcare I am very understanding with offices run behind I am very patient... 2nd visit went very well saw a NP who was wonderful she even called me at home with results on weekend... 3rd visit ... I always notice I dont see any of the same people ever some girls tell me its a high turn over rate here ... was speaking with a older african American women heavy set... she was very rude when telling her what I was here for . She asked me while I was standing in waiting room what if I had AIDS or hepatitis and Im talking about my health in the waiting room with other patients that a hippa violation I discussed what my visit was for twice when I called t o make appointment and when I called with a question. This older women was also rude when I asked which NP I was seening. My 2nd visit I was stuck 8 times until i finally told the MA where my vein was ... you want your patient to come back you want to make them happy I work in health care and love my patientschedule glad I work for a great office with great staff there to improve patient health no one wants to come to doctor all sick and someone is being rude or mean to you thats not right. Ive never meet Dr. Syed and from what I know she always has to leave because of emergencies which I understand. I drive 30 min to this office and every time its something this is the last time I will be coming here. Office staff is not friendly they act as if they dont want to be there or theyes are doing me a favor by seening me when I have a appt and Im established patient and Im paying out of pocket !

I have to say I am totally disappointed with this doctors office. The office staff were extremely rude, gave me the wrong referral stating they "assumed" it was a referral to a "pain management" instead of actually checking with the doctor. They also scheduled me to return to their office in 2 weeks to check for a blood clot instead of making an appointment with an imaging center that day. I had to fight with them to get the correct information and appointments/referrals. I was told I could just walk in to the imaging center to have an ultrasound done, not the case, because she refused to call in an appointment for me that day. Luckily the imaging center was able to squeeze me in but not until later that day. The doctor told me I would need at least 4 prescriptions, and they only called in 2 of them. I called 4 times leaving messages asking for a call back and none were returned. Today I called and finally spoke to someone who was also rude, refused to give me the PAs name that treated me, other than "Ms Angela" stating she didnt know her last name. When I asked to speak to her she refused, and took my number for a call back. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. Although the doctors and PA Ive seen seem to be very good, the office staff is terrible, and without a good office staff you are in trouble. If I had a blood clot as the PA was afraid of, and had listened to the office staff I could have died waiting for the 2 week appointment. If you are looking for a good doctor, I suggest you keep looking. Im not holding my breath for a call back.

If I could I would give zero stars, because even 1 star seems too generous for this place. I have been going there for about a year, maybe 3 appointments in that year, and every time I have had issues. First off, when I go for my yearly check-up, there is always some arbitrary reason they want me to come back in another week or two as a follow-up....clever way to get more co-pays. Secondly, most of the time I try to call the office I get their voicemail and leave messages, to which I dont get a call back. The biggest issue though is the sheer incompetency. I have verified my pharmacy multiple times but for some reason they still cant get it right. I have verified/confirmed with multiple people in the office that my prescription would be sent in and filled, only to call the pharmacy and find out that it hadnt been called in. It is a constant struggle to get prescriptions called in and taken care of! I dont understand why it is so hard to do and why there is no sense of urgency. It should not take 5 calls, on my part, to get this taken care of. I havent even mentioned the wait times while in the office. That is a whole other story. I have never had to wait so long in an office before... and for a morning appointment, where youre one of the first people in there. If you are thinking of going here, I urge you to not....please save your money, time and the hassle of this place! There are other, better places out there.

I am totally satisfied with Aim Medical Center as they have fulfilled all my medical needs and shown me great care and understanding. I am very thankful to Aim Medical Center because just recently I had a very bad case of peanut allergys and called the ambulance. They took me in and after I had gotten better I had booked an appointment with Aim Medical Center and wanted to know if there were any more serious symptoms or anything else wrong with me and if I needed medication. The staff and the wonderful Dr. Syed went through about this very calmly and understanding and helped me a lot. I would recommend this Doctors Office to anyone who wants to know in detail about their problems and cases and wants expert and professional care. :)

Soo many reasons... waited an hour and a half... You can hear everything from every room which im pretty sure is against hippa... the dr was the biggest waste of time telling me im going to half to go to another dr for an issue she couldve helped with. And oh btw if you are american you are wasting your time. Even i felt discriminated against and im the last person to ever say that. Freakin ridiculous.
