I went in today for an appointment that I had at 9:30. I got there right on time and knew I had to fill out some paperwork as well, so I tried to fill all that out as soon as I could. I then waited in the waiting room for about 30-35 min to be seen, which was already upsetting since I had an appointment and I clearly stated it on the sign in sheet. I went up to the receptionist and looked at the sheet and saw my name was inked out and asked why. She said that I wasnt scheduled for an appointment at all. I began to wonder why she didnt ask first since I said I had one on the sheet, before letting everybody else who came in as walk ins get seen first. Finally after about another 15 min, I was seen, but now Im in a rush because my fiancé needed transportation to work. I told the nurses and doctors that I needed to be done by a certain time because 9:30 was the initial appointment time. They said it couldnt be done in the amount of time I needed to leave, so I almost just wanted to get up and leave. Im 9 months pregnant , so Im trying not to be stressed. I may have to switch clinics or just keep calling this office to make sure my appointment is set in place. It just upset me so much since I was just here last Friday for a check up and already someone forgot to set it up before a week has passed.

I have been a patient of Gwinnett Clinic for a few years. I find the locations and office hours convenient (although sometimes I wish they opened a little earlier). I find both Jeanie and Tia to be extremely helpful, nice, thoughtful and professional. I absolutely love Dr. Htwe! He is kind, listens and knows what hes doing. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Htwe and hes provided me with adequate care. Ive been seen by a few doctors at Gwinnett Clinic, including the Lawrenceville office. There I was treated by the Orthopedic & Neurology Doctor. All have been very helpful in providing me necessary care and services. Any negative experience Ive had is no reflection on the practice as a whole and the good out weighs the bad. I also feel some of my concerns are more so related to health insurance policies and procedures than the actual health care provided. Overall my experience has been relatively good and I thank all of the doctors, nurses and staff for your efforts, dedication and hard work.

I scheduled an appointment with the Duluth location for an X-Ray and an ear irrigation. When I arrived at appointment, I filled out the normal new patient paperwork, etc. Since I was paying out of pocket with a high deductible plan, I wanted to know how much the ear irrigation would cost. They couldnt give me any specific number. They also then told me the tech that performs the X-Rays isnt here today. So in summary, I scheduled an appointment for two things. One thing they wanted to charge $110 office visit + some unknown number for the ear irrigation. And the second item wasnt available to be performed because the tech wasnt there. So I left obviously. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because they were friendly while being incompetent. My advise is to find another clinic.

I have enjoyed visiting this clinic. I needed a new family physician in the area. I live very close to this Gwinnett clinic location but was very cautious due to previous comments. I took a chance...they are friendly enough at the front. Though I would prefer a smile, they are attentive. Next, I was expecting to wait forever; however, I was back and seen within about 20 minutes. My Dr., with a funny spelling name, Dr. "Htwe" is kind, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was super comfortable. I will be back over and over. Thanks gwinnett clinic! I thought you deserved a positive post!

WORST system of healthcare providers I have ever experienced. Over a course of years I have always had a terrible experience. Appointment times do not matter, you will wait for a minimum of an hour regardless, they are rude, there is always a problem with insurance matters, they lose charts, are very unprofessional and can never fix a problem on their own. If you want to feel better and receieve the attention and care you deserve, stay away from all Gwinnett Clinic locations.. Especially pleasant hill.

Came to get a physical, expecting to get my medication renewed. Yet when I asked the doctor she said that they charge an extra $100+ that will be billed to my home. She also stated that It was considered a sick visit and was not covered under my physical. Yet when I went to keiser they NEVER charged me for a prescription. Im completely done with this clinic, its my first and last time here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! I came in for the first time and told they my issues they took my money up front. Once I went back answered a few questions they give me preganancy test. When the test came back they said there was nothing they could. No treatment at all. Staff very unprofessional. Child was a front desk.

I only gave one star because it was required. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The "doctors" are rude and not in the least helpful. Receptionists and nurses are also rude and lazy. If you are sick or have questions about your health do not go here because you will not receive any answers or help.

This clinic refused to see me despite having full medical coverage because my new insurance company has not yet sent my card and does not issue temporary cards. Other healthcare facilities have accepted our family ID with no issue, but Gwinnett Clinic refused to provide care for me while I remain in pain.

Scheduling for follow ups is impossible. Staff always needs to"call you back". Which they do not do. And then theyll refuse to refill your prescriptions despite the time sensitive nature. Obviously just want your money. DO NOT TRY TO MAKE THIS YOUR DOCTOR OFFICE.

This place is a joke. I paid out of pocket for the over priced test and still waiting for my results a week and a half later. Which should have been a two day waiting period. Also the doctor prescribed the wrong type of meds. If youre sick dont go here.

Staff was cool and friendly. I had no problems getting in and out of there. Some people just act like they better than others and think they should be privileged just because they have insurance. Get to the back of line and wait like everybody else.

Front desk was very helpful but NO follow up from MD or NP. Had to repeatedly call for test results, prescription refill and referral to specialist. Non clinical front desk is the only reason Im rating for 1 stars.

Extremely rude. Unhelpful staff. They do not care about the well being of their patients. Their main focus is financial profit instead of providing beneficial healthcare.
