The kink in what could’ve been a glowing review comes from Dr. Arenas office manager, Jordan, who was quite rude to me over the phone, when I called to discuss extending medication for my cat. He was condescending and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else about her condition. He even refused to give me his name and went so far as to tell me that Dr. Arenas wouldn’t care if I reported his rudeness. Well, he apparently was correct, as I’ve faxed and mailed two letters to Dr. Arenas about his office manager’s poor handling of the phone call and he hasn’t once tried to address this incident with me by either telephone or letter. I did, however, receive a reminder notice the following week that my cat was due for a follow-up visit. ??? The fact that Dr. Arenas would allow his staff to be less than courteous is a poor testimony to the service expected from his facility. Who would feel comfortable bringing their pet back after such poor treatment? I’ve already moved my cat’s care to Sugar Creek Animal Hospital and have so far been pleased with their service and professionalism.

I appreciate every stuff and doctor of the hospital. They are very professional and nice. My story is that: I have a three months lab, two day ago, she was vomit after a car trip and feel itch. So i bring her to wellpet in doraville. This horrible hospital let my puppy and me always in the car, and ask some sample questions, then did a test, i waited about one hour, they told me that my puppy got Parvo and need about $450 for treatment. They did not see my record although i bring it. I doubted the result of test, because my puppy can eat a lot, her noise is wet, she got three shots. I told them, the nurse was so rude to say:"your dog will die". I was so nervous in that time. I talked to my friend and the breeder, they doubted that too. My friend recommended "pleasant hill animal hospital" to check again, in this time, i felt good. Everyone of the hospital is really care about the healthy of our animal friends, not money. Just in case, I did the test again, the test is negative. Now, my puppy is very healthy and vivid. I appreciate the pleasant hill animal hospital. Thanks.

Ive been taking my two dogs here for about four years. The staff and doctors have alway been very attentive and caring. They take great care of my animals, and they have always been very up front with me. Not once have they tried "upselling" me tests or treatments that my animals didnt need. Ive also boarded my animals here. The rates are good, and my two dogs always seem excited to go back. Overall, this is a reasonably priced, caring, skilled vet. I have yet to find a reason to be dissatisfied.

Took my dog there this morning at 9am for his yearly shots & to make sure he is in good health. Pleasant Hill Animal Hospital was very friendly & seem to handle my dog well. Not everybody gets to touch my dog. Plus, I have had dogs all my life & dealt with a lot of vets so I have seem some bad ones & good ones. So I would recommend them to anybody. They seem to be priced average & service was good.

Ive taken my 3 dogs for years to this vet clinic. The staff is normally polite and friendly, and Dr. Arenas is always very professional and has helped us with all the health issues that have come up over the years. One time when I had to have one of my previous dogs put down, they handled the process with great care and helped me get my dogs ashes.

Pleasant hill Animal Hospital is the best place to take your pet. It has the best prices and everyone is so friendly. My pooch has had her teeth cleaned twice and had surgery there. I was updated during the surgery and Becky (a wonderful employee there) always followed up on my pooch. Her teeth always looked great after her cleaning.

Had a great experience for real prices. Nothing seemed overpriced as it does with other vets and they were all very friendly and carelful with my doggy. Came in for an annual checkup and vaccines. Dr. Chang was awesome and the girls at front desk and assistant as well.

I have always had a great experience at Pleasant Hill Animal Hospital. The staff is very responsive and the veterinarians clearly explain all diagnosis. One of my dogs chewed through an electric cord a few years ago and they helped quickly get her healthy again.

I have priced shop several vetenerian clinics in the surrounding area. Pleasant Hill Animal Hospital has always been the least expensive, along with friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors.
