She was very unsympathetic and was not prepared to sit me down for an hour - she did not have the correct forms and I was their to discuss my mom who just passed - she gave me a child application that asked all about my parents - she did stop the session at 1 hour and asked for my insurance card - she said I dont take that one - how would you like to pay the $160 - wow wow wow - she got me all worked up emotionally and then asked about money - she is a inconsiderate human being !!
