I went to this clinic when I was 12 years old. Im 30 now and after years of confusion its become clear that I was mis-diagnosed. Ill give you my backstory (real quick). When I was 8 years old I was normal kid, I played sports and was very active. Then my parents went through a nasty divorce. Overnight my entire world was ripped in two. My grades declined and I lost total interest in sports but found that playing drums and guitar made me feel better. My parents were concerned and took me to Robertson. This is were my actual condition was never diagnosed and my troubles were neglected. I took the sketchy computer test he gives and let me tell you its a real joke. I was never counseled by Robertson nor did he ever do a complete analysis himself. He only goes by what the computer tells him. Never was I asked how I felt or what I thought. I was only told that I failed the test and I needed Ritalin. After trying Ritalin for a while he said "its not working, how about Wellbutrin". Wellbutrin is a drug designed to help people quit smoking. I actually took up smoking at 15 and have quit since then because it actually makes my anxiety worse. Had the "doctor" actually done his job and provided counseling it would have been clear that I suffered from general anxiety, separation anxiety, and ptsd. Ill never forget this gingerbread man and the amount of confusion, harm, and money he caused my family. Hes a basic drug dealer with no skills in psychotherapy. I have no schooling in psychology but I guarantee you I could more accurately diagnose a disorder that this guy. I was a teenager last time I saw him and the last thing I told him was that hes a liar. My dad never took me back to this place and that was the best thing my dad could have done me at that time. Robertson works for the system and is capitalizing on big pharmaceutical companies incentives to prescribe these drugs. He makes money exploiting your children by diagnosing them with a fake disease. I never had ADHD but I did and do have anxiety and suffered from depression after my parents divorced, which makes a whole lot more sense when explaining the decline in my grades. I would sit at school with a weight it my chest and stomach, worried sick about my parents. He never asked me once about this or about me. He actually tried telling me how I felt and how I was doing. I urge you and your family not to be tricked and hustled by this drug dealer.

I saw Dr. Robertson for 2 years, and I now wonder why I stayed his patient for that long. I was on numerous amounts of medication on the highest therapeutic level. Instead of starting me on the lowest therapeutic level and working my way up (as needed), he would automatically give me as much as he thought my body could handle. (I have a very small build. Anyone could see a normal adult level was not needed.) I was over-medicated, according to 2 other doctors (one of which was my family physician). Eventually, he even said that he believed I was over-medicated. I was nauseous, had the shakes, and was completely zombified.... It should NOT have taken him that long to realize what he was doing was harmful. Now, years later when I see a new doctor and they ask what medications Ive been on, I give them a list and their first reaction is shock followed by the question of "Who in the world were you seeing?" As soon as I told them they had a look of "oh, of course". Dr. Robertson has a bad reputation amongst almost everyone Ive spoken to, in addition to the horrible over-medicated state I was in for too long. Do NOT use this doctor!

My teenager went for a few years. He was misdiagnosed & over medicated & thats not even touching the tip of the damage that was done to my son. We ended up somewhere else in emergency. We were told that the unnecessary medications he was on was not only high doses. But doses that were so high, they were seizure level dosages. No wonder our side effects were HORRIBLE! I am blessed my son did not end up dead from a car wreck or self inflicted wounds. Dont go here. You & your family deserve better. We found a dr who put my teen on normal range medicines that would not only help him but bring him back from his zombie like state. I trusted the dr & his clinic. A life is worth more than being a test subject. My son is now on NO MEDICINE & we are having seizures occasionally. I cant help but wonder if the damage started with this doctor.

Hes an absolute pervert who peaked out his window watching my husband and myself in his pool. That was while he was on wife number three or four or well whos counting. Also, he likes to have a few drinks too many at his high school reunion and spout absolute lies by saying that i had a romantic interest in him. Hes a pervert and obviously cant even maintain a wife hence numerous marriages yet wants to diagnose poor defenseless children fore profit.. Are doctors in such high demand that one would scrape the bottom of the pervert barrel to take their child to this moron. Youre a loser now, you were a loser in high school and nothing will ever change that.. Youll never be Steve Morgan nor have a wife any where close to me guess thats why you peak like a pervert. Loser loser loser loser

We are so grateful to have gotten AWAY from Robertson before he did even more serious damage to my teen. Misdiagnosed, over-medicated on all the wrong meds. Office staff is nasty. Its all about the CASH baby. Whatever you do, even if your teen is suicidal, do NOT call the after hours emergency number they give you. Sure, if you want a $200+ bill, and to be told that your emergency wasnt life-threatening, and that you wont be seen again until you pay in full (blood money), go ahead and call away. Better yet, find another doctor, clinic, witch doctor, snake-oil salesman - anyone but John B. Robertson. If you care for your child, go somewhere else. Ask any other doctor in town about Robertson. They know all about him. Please BEWARE.

Dr. Robertson helped save my son. He has a kind and friendly demeanor, and understands medicinal interactions inside and out. We are never out of options and he has brought my son back to me. His office staff is friendly and professional at the same time. He took care of my son when others would not. Over the course of several years however, more and more medications were piled on, and my son became over medicated. Other people have heard of this problem with Dr. Robertson. We switched doctors, did a difficult med wash, and now he is on only a few medication and is recovering well. Dr. Robertson is knowledgeable, but be sure you do not go on a huge cocktail of medications. It is not necessary.
