She is weird/crazy and money hungry! I honestly believe she might be taking some type of drug. I asked her to fill a form without an appointment and she was very rude. She said I cant fill this form, you need to set an appointment because I need to get paid for my time. She also said this looks like it will take an hour to do. I dont know how it wouldve took that long when I only had 2 sheets of paper. When did go there and have appointments she always interrupted me, tried to belittle me, and was always rushing me so she can get her money. Money is the only thing she cares about because from what Ive observed she seems to chase people away and the first time you try to set an appointment with her, she mentions if your late you are still responsible for paying a late fee even as a new patient because that time could have been used for someone else who was going to be there! If you value your time and you really want someone who can help you, I suggest you dont go to Ellis! Oh, and her office is dirty and theres a very foul odor around her room!

Dr. Ellis called me back within an hour when I was having a "crisis" with my daughter, refusing to go to school and having extreme anxiety. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to get some background of my daughters situation and current state of anxiety and then was able to fit her in the busy schedule the next day. My daughter said that she enjoyed her sessions with Dr. Ellis and most of her anxiety issues were resolved within 6 visits. Dr. Ellis does not prescribe medication but rather has the Pediatrician do that or you may have to go to a Psychiatrist for medication / medication management. I would recommend Dr. Ellis to anyone having issues with their child.

I went to see Dr. Ellis for work stress. She asked me lots of questions about my life and childhood which I tried to explain had nothing to do with my stress and that my problem started when I started working extra hours. She is a very nice person and I can see the way she talks, she will be great with kids. But with all the toys laying around in her office not sure she will be best for an adult.

Unprofessional! The WORST experience ever. I would never recommend anyone use her services.
