This is a business manager that does not care about well being of patient, but money hungry, horribly managed. They treat you like a number, and they charged me for apt even though the therapist never showed up. The manager lady, needs to take a class in customer service as she is absolutely the worst...and thinks she is running a bank. The sad part is their therapists are very good and helped my kid... but I cant keep giving money to a place that supposed to help mentally and walk the walk of developing relationships with clients who need to feel welcome and relevant. This place is to get well and get help and "HOPE"...To the contrary , their admin will charge you if you miss , will NOT let you off if you get sick or your kid get sick...She told me they will charge the full amount as they are already taking a cut fro the insurance. I have found other places, much much more welcome and understanding that folks get emergencies, sickness , last mn things happen and don;t want to pay cancellation fees. I would stay away, far away from this place

The receptionist Arkna is very unprofessional. Unfortunately, after a year of going to Nelda Yes, I will no longer be able to continue my services with her. The receptionist called me on to rebook my appointment from Oct 2 to Sept 21. She never cancelled my Oct 2 appt. So I received an 75 dollar charge. When I called to dispute she blamed everyone but herself. When asked to speak to a superior she stated that there was no one above her. Then today she stated that her director stood there and heard the whole conversation. Then she told me that no one called me to reschedule, I sent her proof of there incoming call on Sept 1. She stated she didnt know what that was. Very uneducated and . I got my money back from bank of america. They said they definitely dont think I should not go back there. Reporting them to the better business bureau.

Horrible! This is one of the most poorly managed (from a business point of view) therapy facilities I have ever been to. I had an appointment a 12 pm on a Wed. Called to cancel the appointment on Tuesday at 12:00 pm (mindful of the 24 hour required notice) and was charged a $75.00 fee for lack of 24 hour notice. We have three kids getting counseling there so needless to say, they no longer have any of our business. I would avoid them at all costs!!!!

I never had a billing, cancellation or any other issue at this Suwanee/Johns Creek office. The place is very clean, bright and relaxing. The staff on the phone and the therapists are always very professional, respectful and friendly. However, all of this probably wouldnt mean as much without the greatest therapist, Mrs. Stanley,who I am working with. Another happy and satisfied client here.

Horrible business practice!! Called to cancel an appt 2 weeks before. They charged me $75.00 claiming they were not notified. It is a shame because my child really liked the counselor, but the office staff is very unprofessional and they put me off ( told me they would call me back in a week)when I tried to get my money back!! I wish this let me give it 0 stars.
