This review is regarding the kennel services. I am very unhappy with the customer service and will be researching an alternate kennel for my dogs. I travel frequently for business and have given much business to this vet and kennel. A couple of months ago I was going to be literally less than four minutes late to pick up my pets and when I called, I was told that the vet told the receptionist not to wait even one minute for me. No compassion for someone rushing from the airport to pick up her pets so they could be home and spend the night in their own bed. Is that the lack of compassion shown to my furry kids? So they did not have to become familiar with yet another kennel, I dropped them off on Wednesday with the understanding that I would pick them up today. I wanted them bathed so they said to pick them up after two. I explained that would be too late as I would be coming straight from the airport and driving to SC for my nephews birthday. No one told me that when I arrived today just after noon that they would be closed until one with no way to pick them up. Only a sign on the door when I arrived. They have my contact numbers but I was not informed. So here I sit waiting 45 minutes for them because I have no other option. If it were the other way around they would not think twice about telling me yet again they would not wait one minute. . If this is the way they run their business, I would not recommend that you bring them yours. I will not be back. I do not feel comfortable that they are reliable enought to care for my precious pets. You should not either. There are no excuses for this type of NO customer service.

First off, you are greeted kindly when you walk in and all the staff act like they love your pet even thought some probably arent so lovable! They treat you with respect. When you first go in the exam room with your pet, the assistant asks very thorough questions to get the ball rolling. When Dr. Gould comes in, she puts her hands all over my dog to help with her assessment either for a well visit or a sick visit. She takes her time to answer any questions and will call personally when my little canine may need further testing or even a referral. When a sickness or disease process is suspected, she or staff will call regularly to check on any progress. Since being a client of NCAC, we have had to make the tough decision for one of our pets and another passed at home a couple of years later. The entire staff is so compassionate. They have lived it and it seems like they relive it with their clients in their kind words and not rushing you when your heart is breaking. Medical care is certainly up to current recommendations and Dr. Gould will entertain other viewpoints, sometimes agrees and sometimes doesnt, but will always explain to you why a procedure or process is important or recommended. In talking with other friends, I find that NCAC fees are in-line with most in the area, so why not go where the staff cares about my pet and her well-being!

Ive only been here once for an after-hours emergency, but myself and my family were very impressed with the care and compassion the vet and all the staff had for not only our cat, Sam, but us as well. We ultimately had to make the excruciating decision to let him go, but the staff handled it not only with professionalism, but compassion as well. I know they have to do this routinely, but they truly cared that we were hurting and the process was truly thoughtful on their part; they provided a comfortable room where we could say our last goodbyes, talked us through everything step-by-step so we would know what to expect, and even gave us an imprint of our boys paw in clay to take home with us. This office is a bit too far for us to use for the regular vet care of our other animals, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area, or anyone with an after-hours emergency.

I get that vets dont like breeders. But some people who love animals but are also allergic have no choice but to go to breeders for hypo-allergenic cats. I took my time to do a lot of research and talk to breeders to find someone who truly cared for her cats, rather than as a source of revenue. So I didnt appreciate it when Dr.Reddington came in and right off the bat told me that my breeder was a total idiot and developed an aggressive stance on why I didnt give my kitten her third set of vaccine when she was 15 weeks old. Im sorry Im not an all-intelligent cat owner who knows what vaccine to give specifically on which week, but that was not very professional of her either. The two stars are for everyone else I met there who were friendly and professional about their job.

I have been using this vet for over four years. I think Dr. Gould is an amazing vet! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help my parents when their baby almost died after internal bleeding due to feline HIV. She was amazing and kind and did everything she could and because of her knowledge, quick thinking and care, our Mama girl is happy and healthy today! She has taken care of all three of my babies and both of my parents and I would trust her with any future pets. There was a time when there where some questionable vet techs, but Dr, Gould stepped in and had them all replaced and since then every single one of her members of staff have proven kind and knowledgeable.

My Dog became very sick. And after 13 years I had to make the very hard decision to put her to sleep forever. I was not explained properly the options for cremation and ended being charged for my dog to be communally cremated and than she was transfer to another location to be individually cremated. Yes I have been refunded my money but to say to a dog owner we can ship her back to vet and have her cremated there is just unbelievably. Yes, Im upset my dog passed but this is no way to run a business. I called to speak with a manager on duty or the Dr Vet that cared for my dog. Neither was available.

I cannot thank North Cobb Animal Hospital enough for their help with getting our Great Dane over to the Netherlands with us. After a previously horrible experience with a different Vets Office we came into North Cobb Animal Hospital as a first time patient and in a panic. The paperwork for flying our dog was not easy and Dr. Murphy and the entire staff was patient with us and very helpful in getting it done in a timely manner. Everyone was caring and extremely helpful. The staff was great with our dog. Dr. Murphy was very knowledgeable and was great with our big boy. I highly recommend this vet!

The office is excellent. The staff is warm and helpful. Paige, the technician explained in detail both pre-op and post-op instructions. She made us feel hopeful and secure that our baby was in the best hands. Dr. Reddington is absolutely exceptional. She performed Surgery on our Daisey yesterday, which ended up being extremely involved. Dr. Reddington explained every detail of what she had to do and what to expect. We have 7 Golden Retrievers and feel that we are in the Best Hands. We feel blessed! We are thankful to our friends, John and Jen Hooker for referring us to this Incredible Office!
