My mom and I had gone to this vet for the past month for my dog who throughout the time of the month got progressively worse. Since the very first time what we had come in for a routine check up the receptionist was SO RUDE, she was snappy and the vets were rough with my dog. I didnt appreciate it. Then about a week later he was having trouble pooping, so we call and they give us medicine to make him CONSTIPATED. The vets were clueless. Then when we tried to explain everything, they didnt want to deal with it. They never wanted to work with us and were rude to me and my mother everything we called. Wed gone there 4 times in a month and were very dissatisfied each time. This veterinary clinic needs to make some serious changes. I lost my dog because they didnt want to cooperate or try to find a solution. Please, go to a different vet if you want a better experience!

Despite what K Hale says this vet is excellent. The care they have given my animals whether medical or surgical has always been very professional and caring. They always explain everything in detail and keep me informed. Their charges are very reasonable and I have never had any problem with them on anything. The only complaint I would have is that they have so many patients that is hard to get in for an appointment. The good thing is that they are open on Saturday mornings as well. I have been with them for about 5 years. Never has anyone been rude to me, my husband or my teenage son. For that matter never been mean or rude to any of our animals.

Everyone from the front desk to the veterinarian treated our precious Lola with love and kindness, all 80+ lbs. of her! I was able to get in within 24 hours of calling the office and didnt have to wait one minute upon our arrival. They took their time with her and were able to get test results right away so that treatment could begin immediately. Before the appointment ended, I was asked about any other concerns and expert advice was given. Five star service was received from every member of their team.

I have brought my animals to All Animals Veterinary Clinic for over 15 years and I have never been dissatisfied. Everyone is always courteous and kind and absolutely the most caring of any veterinary clinic I know of. They also have always worked wonderfully with scheduling and I love that I get reminders when its time for annual shots. Their pricing is very fair especially considering the treatment given to our animals and to us by all the staff.

I drive 45 minutes to All Animals Veterinary Clinic with my dogs and litters of puppies. Why, you ask? Because of the courteous and friendly service and the reasonableness of the cost of services. When you breed dogs, you want a fair price for services and to not be taken advantage of just because you have an address in a "wealthy adjacent town". Thank you for your kindness and caring treatment of our extended family.

Have been using them for about 15 years now. Have always done us a good service when our pets have been young and old. I question Kyles claims, animals are walked over to a platform to weigh- so that shouldnt be an issue. What does "Short Cuts" mean and how does he know whats required? If you dont use them, Im fine with that -makes my wait to get in there better.

I have lived in Indianapolis for the last 4 years. My confidence in their caring staff has kept me a client and I still drive back to Lebanon for my 2 cats health concerns.

I cant explain my dogs teeth before gum disease, plaque and tartar, we took her there and they are like a puppys teeth and so white. I never thought it would be possible and never been so satisfied. The people were very friendly to.
